I am so impressed with Chewy! I have two new kittens and I have been feeding the Nulo brand food. My vet suggested that we try hills science. I ordered some from Chewy and while we waited for it to arrive, we purchased some from our vet. Our kittens are not loving it and it has been making them sick. We got the food from Chewy and have not opened it yet. I reached out to see if I could return it, the woman I spoke with told me that she would refund me and I could bring the unopened bag of food to a local shelter. I love this!!

I had to cancel a recent order for cat food. I no longer needed it, my beloved Foxy had crossed Rainbow Bridge. I got the lovliest email from Chewy, with condolences and kind words. And yesterday, I received a dozen beautiful roses. Chewy is an amazing company, with truly wonderful people. My heart is full.

Chewy is alway so prompt on any emails I send. My last package got delivered to someone else so they sent me a replacement. Whoever got my package brought it to me so I asked Chewy to charge me for the replacement. They responded that they were happy I was happy and never charged me for the replacement.

Absolutely outstanding company!! I hastily ordered the wrong item and tried to exchange it for the correct one and was told that my money would be refunded but there was no need to send the items back all that they asked was that I donated it to the local animal rescue!! The shipping with this company is also awesome. My items arrived in 2 days. Definitely will order again

These folks are great. Their site has a wide variety of foods and other things for pets. They item gets delivered within 3 days. And if you have a problem with the item and need to return it, they give you a full refund and ask you to donate the item to a shelter rather than sending it back to them. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Awesome company.

Chewey is seriously amazing. I got free delivery from them for my cat food, and when my cat passed away I called them to ask if they take returns for the food I didn't use. Not only did they give me a refund, but they asked I donate the food to a shelter in the name of my kitty. It was so sweet and heartwarming. On top of that, two nights later I get a flower delivery from chewey with a really sweet message. They don't act like some big pet store conglomerate and I appreciate that so much. They now have a customer for life.

This review is only about the pharmacy. They refused to transfer a prescription and so I had to mail it. Then they said, oh yes we could have transferred it. It took USPS 5 days to get it there. TEN days later they still have not shipped the medicine! I have been on the phone all day with them. Total run around. They do not care one bit about your animal or their health. 1-800 Pet Meds is the only way to go for Pet medicine if your local independent pharmacy does not have it.

I have been a customer with Chewy for years and have always received excellent care and assistance! I had an instance when the dry cat food bag I ordered came ripped in the box. Nobody's fault really. Shipping happens.... I informed Chewy and they replaced the dry food immediately! I recommend.
