God I hate giving a bad review during covid but sadly this one is deserved. I’m too exhausted to go over the entire experience but suffice to say despite 10+ emails and my vet reaching out to Chewy to no avail I give up. It’s pain meds and I’m anxious to make sure my dog will have them when auto-ship comes due. My vet has reached out. I’ve reached out. I get the give Abby hugs from Chewy. Please, all I wanted was service and I have not gotten that. Go elsewhere because Chewy cannot be counted on despite multiple agents “reaching out.”

I love their selection. The orders come very quick. I can still get litter and food at the store for half the price of Chewy, but that is the only negative. For most everything else, I willborder from Chewy. I ordered eye wash, ear wash, mouth cleaner and brushes. Very happy.

Oustanding customer support, even when the issue was not their fault! I received an email stating that my chewy order had been delivered by Fedex, but knew they had not been to my house. After checking my front door camera and confirming there was no delivery, I reached out to chewy to see what I needed to do. I was very worried about losing my order/money since we had purchased expensive prescription dog food. Without any hesitation, they offered to immediately replace and ship the order again. I was very impressed and relieved to know it wouldn't be a loss or even a hassle for us. They also said to let them know if there are any more problems in the future. My dog is going on 14 and needs to stay up on her prescription kidney food, so it was nice to know that they would take care of any problems that arise in getting it to us. They really didn't have any control over Fedex messing up, but took the loss anyway to provide great service. That means a lot when you can't rely on most big companies to do the right thing.

Chewy has amazing customer service! Above and beyond! I've been using Chewy the past 3 years mostly to order cat litter. Well, a couple weeks ago I came home from work one night to find that 2 very heavy boxes of litter had been left at the bottom of my apartment stairs instead of left up by my door as usual. This was a big problem as I have chronic illness/chronic pain, and getting that litter up my stairs was extremely difficult. I emailed Chewy right away about the problem - someone got back to me within the hour informing me that they had contacted the delivery team to let them know that this was unacceptable, and encouraged me to reach out again if it happened again, or if there were any other issues. I thought this was excellent customer service, and was very happy with their response. Well, yesterday, I found a package at my door from Chewy with 4 hand painted portraits of my cats that I had added to my Chewy account!! These pictures are amazing! I was so touched that a big company like Chewy would take the time to do something like this! It also came with a hand written card. Chewy definitely has above and beyond customer service!!

never buy pet medications from them. their pharmacy will torture you for days and then still not release your order . their customer support is awful.

Hands down Chewy.com is the place to order all of your pets needs. They have excellent customer service. You receive a live person when you call their 1-800 number. They auto-ship and deliver quickly. They go above and beyond and even sent painted portraits of my pups from profile picture I uploaded under my account. Highly Recommend!

Chewy doesn't offer the option to upload a script from my vet. Like many vets, my vet does not have time to verify prescriptions for online providers. Instead, they give me a paper script to take home. Not knowing any of this, I ordered from Chewy and waited for the meds. After a week I checked the account that displayed a status of "pending shipping", which to any reasonable person meant that it was approved and is pending shipping. After 5 more days of waiting for the delivery, I called. They informed me I was supposed to mail the scripts. If that was the case, the message displayed 10 days ago should have said, "waiting to receive script from customer". The whole process is ridiculous, but it was made worse by the confusing message you chose to display on the account.

I placed an order for dog food on 3/21. On 3/22 I received notice that it was shipped Fedex. On 3/24 I received notification that it was delivered. I work from home and the desk in my home office overlooks my front door. There was no delivery. I checked to make sure that Chewy had the correct address. I emailed Chewy and they sent another shipment via Fedex. It's 3/29 and I received an email that it's been delivered. Nope. No delivery. I called Chewy and they issued a refund. They have been responsive. They just can't get any dog food to my house. Fedex has delivered other items to my house. Just not from Chewy.
