The worst customer service in the world. It's like they have children trying to confuse everything you say

Outstanding customer service! Our dog needs vet approved food. They contacted our vet and had food delivered within days. Today, our vet switched prescriptions and I just ordered a new huge bag of food. I asked to return it and had a person on the phone after one ring. They processed the return and even scheduled a pick up of the box at our house for FREE. Come to find out my mother has already opened the bag and fed the dog twice. In desperation I called Chewy again. After one ring I got a person to talk to me. They said it wasn’t a problem that the bag was already open, they would take it anyway. Felt blessed since the food was 100$ a bag. Great company. Wishing them nothing but many years of prosperity.

As long as you order straight forward pet food, their service is timely. However I recently had terrible experiences ordering the veterinary cat food which required the prescription. It started the system didn’t allow me to upload the prescription as I was requested. The system glitch was never corrected. When I emailed the prescription multiple times, there were so many customer services involved and told me all different stories. At the end, I was denied the service without any explanations. The experience was bitter and frustrating, and total waste of time. It was a disaster.

Have always had a great experience with Chewy. Orders come in extremely fast. They even sent a hand written letter for my pups birthday on the 10th.

Chewy has always been 100% there for me with my orders and my shipments and my questions, but this time they've outdone themselves. I called them to cancel my order as my little dog had passed away. Several days later I received a dozen roses in a vase with a beautiful card from them. I cannot find enough words to say just how much it meant to me for them to reach out and offer me a beautiful bouquet of consolation. Thank you, Chewy.

I purchased nearly everything for my cat through Chewy.com, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They got everything to me quickly despite a huge winter storm, and the customer service was really helpful. I really appreciate that you get to talk to a real person when you call customer service, instead of a robot. Definitely will use Chewy again!

Never use the pharmacy at Chewie. I sent my prescription into them and they said they never received it. Before I sent it I had asked to send it digitally and they refused and said they had no way of doing that. My dog has been out two months of medication and they said they never received my prescription, they are liars!
