I have been using Chewy for the past 2 years. It has always been a great experience. My pet passed away this week and I forgot to cancel my auto-ship delivery, so it came the same day he passed. I emailed Chewy to see if I could return it and I immediately received an email saying a refund was in the process along with the most beautiful, touching condolence email about the loss of Roman. They will be the first stop once we get a new pet! They have an amazing staff and great work ethic. Thank you so much!

I wanted to write How thoughtful I thought it was that Chewy sent my friend a sympathy bouquet and note for the passing of her fur baby. TOP NOTCH Chewy! Your doing something right

I have been a Chewy.com customer for years and have nothing but extremely positive things to say about their products, customer service, and caring, helpful staff! Yesterday, I had to call to cancel an auto-ship product due to the fact that we lost our beloved dog, Calli, to acute pancreatitis. Today, the most beautiful floral arrangement and sympathy note arrived from the representative with whom I spoke. Richard had listened sympathetically and reassured me that if there was anything Chewy.com could do I should just call. Now that is customer service, caring, and support that you don’t find from many companies! Thank you, Richard and Chewy.com for living your commitment in a very real way. You will continue to have our business for the rest of our lives!

I ordered from Chewy today, for the first time and received an email saying they had taken my credit card information and stored it on their site WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. While I imagine that the products are the same or similar as other pet supply retailers, the fact that they decided to keep my financial details without permission is alarming.

They were doing great. But in the past year they have 1: showed an inability to quit sending me ads in the name of my dog who died of cancer and 2: they have jumped on the "woke" wagon, throwing sanity aside without care for who they exclude or hurt. What kind of business can be so childish and ignorant and be counted on....

1st, notice how they do not address complaints here? They are too big to care. They are making too much money to care about you. Their pharmacy is awful. They have repeatedly claimed that they have not received prescriptions from my veterinarian but when I call my veterinarian they have actual fax receipts of prescription they've sent to chewy. I will be switching to VetRxDirect. Also, their autoship is difficult to cancel. I had two autoships for food sent to me after I canceled on 2 separate occasions weeks before they were supposed to be shipped and they sent them anyway. Just awful with questionable business practices.

I am a first time customer and very disappointed. I ordered four cases of Friskies canned cat food which was to be delivered Thursday, April 8. It has not arrived. The link sent in em to track shipment didn't work. I finally went to site where I found the shipment wouldn't arrive until today, April 12. I did not receive a notice the shipment was delayed until Saturday, April 10. Highly unlikely I will use Chewy in the future and I certainly won't recommend. April 26- I wanted to let folks know, Chewy contacted me. They refunded the entire amount of my shipment!! Evidently customer service does matter! I will probably give them another chance.

I have had nothing but GREAT experience with chewy for our rabbit food and supplies. Shipping is fast and when I ordered the wrong product they shipped me out a replacement absolutely FREE with no issues even though it was my fault. I would recommend chewy!
