There truly aren't words for how amazing this company is! Bar none, THE best customer service on the planet! I bought a removable cast/splint and several other items for my cat after he hurt his paw, but it didn't fit. Instead of me being out the $50 for the item, they straight refunded me, no hassle at all, were SO kind about it (Erin--you were wonderful!!!), and even told me if I wanted I could donate it to a shelter. What a great idea! Now the item doesn't have to go to waste! I shop exclusively with Chewy.com for all of my pet care, food, and prescription kitty needs, and never once in the entire time I've been a customer have I ever had an issue that they didn't bend over backwards to rectify. I love this company and I told all of my friends and family about their exemplary customer service and honest reviews on their items. Chewy, you have a customer for life! <3

Orders come damanged Orders that supposed to be received in 1 to 3 days don't come in time so I have to go to the store. Who eve rheard of TrustPilot when the world uses Google or Yelp Reviews

If you need a recurring prescription for your pet, DON'T order it from Chewy. Since I started using Chewy in September only one time did Chewy's system get it "right". Most recently I received the reminder email that a comment was going to be processed and if I wished to change it I had a few days to do so. I went into the Chewy system and requested that the refill be delayed from 4/14 until May 1. Instead, the following day, I received an email saying that it had been shipped, on April 11! I called and was told that my order would be pulled and delayed. On the 14th the package was delivered and I'd not been informed that it was too late to pull it back (or the person to whom I spoke did nothing) . The customer service people are nice; the system is terrible. I'll work with 1800PetMeds from now on.

I ordered supplies for my cat that was recently diagnosed with CKD stage 4. I opted to give her Sub Q fluids and the vet sent me home with a bag of fluids to administer to her. I ordered the Purina Hydra Care, lactated ringers, infusion set, and a box of hypodermic needles. The HydraCare was received the next day, and the RX order was delivered three days after I placed the order which in my opinion was efficient considering the request had to be faxed to my vet, approved by my very busy vet, and faxed back to Chewy Pharmacy. Sadly, my cat Soxy was not improving, not eating and only getting weaker. The medication I purchased at the veterinarian clinic and the fluids seemed to make her more miserable. Sadly, I decided not to let my beloved pet suffer any further and decided to have her put down. Later I contacted Chewy to get an authorization number to return the second delivery that I had not yet received. I explained the situation, that I had to put my pet down and I would like to return the unopened, undelivered package when I received it. I had opened one packet of the Hydra Care, so I knew that would not be returnable. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind and understanding and refunded the entire purchase including the Hydra care. He said you don't need to return anything, donate it, or do whatever you like with it. His kindness during a very difficult and emotional time for me was very much appreciated. Thank you.

They have the best customer service, great prices and really fast shipping. I used to have to go to pet stores to buy special food, but now it’s left on my doorstep within just a few days, and it costs less - I’ll never go back!

My first experience with chewy customer service was great! I have a shih tzu puppy who is picky and bought some food that she ate a serving or two mixed with her previous food no problem then wouldn't touch it. They gave my money back then told me to donate to an animal shelter of my choice.

I absolutely LOVE Chewy.com I had an issue with my vet on a prescription and chewy really stepped up and went way above and beyond Obviously they are truly a company that loves animals and compassionate about customer’s needs/situation. I am a loyal Chewy.com customer and going to refer as many people as I possibly can for the rest of my life.

This is the second time that this has happened. Never order 40# of cat litter with the rest of your order. What shipping does is put it all in one big box. So everything else you ordered get smashed up with the bag of litter moving around in the box. Plus FedEx doesn't use a cart to get it to my doorstep and just drops it on my stoop haphazardly. When you open the box it looks like everything went thru a meat grinder. First time they refunded the ruined products, big ordeal. I'll just start getting my litter locally.
