We had a question regarding our senior lab and needed a food that was low in protein. We spoke with Dakeyah and she was absolutely awesome with providing information and helping us to find the right dog food for our baby. We LOVE this company and have referred a lot of people to you. We buy our Dog and bunny products from Chewy. They are the BEST!!

it used to be a good store. but now .... delivery can be 4 days ... before 1-2 days was. My dog does not want to eat canned food, apparently the storage conditions were not met and it deteriorated. looking for a new store for my dog ...

I had ordered crucial meds for my pet but they where held up at FedEx in Indianapolis during the mass shooting. Moty at customer service was more than understanding, weighed all of my options. The best one being to purchase them through my veterinarian and they Chewy would reimburse me. They also answered right away, I wasn’t on hold at all.

I am still waiting for my order! 10 days later. So much for 1to3 day delivery. You suck and I will NEVER order from you again

I set up the auto order feature for my dog food order. Chewy was flexible with me if the timing of the next delivery was too soon and delayed the shipment. Unfortunately, our Cocker Spaniel, Sophie passed away unexpectedly, so I had to call Chewy and cancel my automatic delivery service. I spoke with Ronald and he was so kind and sympathetic. He immediately cancelled my order and I received a beautiful sympathy flower arrangement. Chewy has great customer service!

I have been shopping at chewy.com for years for my dogs toys, supplements and more. When my dog passed away and I reached out for steps to return some unused supplements they went above and beyond to make this easy for me with a no questions asked instant refund. I love Chewy and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I called the Day our sweet Noel passed away unexpectedly. I needed to cancel our order. I was greeted by a very sweet woman who handled it for me and was very sympathetic. Today I received flowers and was shocked to see they were sent by Naromie from chewy. The flowers are beautiful. Thank you so much. For a company to care enough and send a customer a gift in their time of pain, is unheard of. Thank you Chewy for blessing our family with your kindness. Thank you Gail spurgin

We have nothing but good things to say about Chewy. We ordered a ramp for our elderly German Shepherd to get into the car. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit our car door. So I asked how to return it in exchange for a different, more expensive model. They gave me credit for the cost of the first door, I paid the difference and they shipped the new one. But instead of having me ship the first one back to them, they told me to donate it to a local rescue organization. How can you not like a company that does stuff like that? When our GSD died, I cancelled the autoship order for his food. They asked why I was cancelling and I told them. Two days later, we received a flower arrangement in his memory from Chewy. I know this is a huge company but it’s got a soul.
