I never write reviews but I feel like I should share how helpful and reliable chewy has been for me and my kitty!!! I have a cat with sensitive stomach issues, and she requires a special diet that needs a vet approval. Each time I order her food it arrives promptly and the script doesn’t even have to be re-approved by her vet. They have always been so reliable at meeting our needs and after ordering from competitors I can confidently say I’m not going to be ordering my pet supplies online from anywhere else. Thank you Chewy!!!!

Ummm... This company is the best idea I've ever heard! I have 3 cats. I only use Tidy Cat for them and need 50lb bags and 20lb cat food bags. I was struggling to put these heavy ideas in my cart, go to the register, put them in my car and into the house. Not to mention, Walmart is the only place that carries these big bags. I will do anything but to have to park at that store and get the cat supplies. THEY PUT THEM AT YOUR DOOR! SCORE! Chewy has completely make my life so much better! Not to mention, I'm on a 4 week shipping and it's cheaper! Ummm... You're not living your best life if you don't order from this place! Thank you Chewy Company...I would give you a big fat hug if I could!

I ordered with a different credit card and my order was flagged to make sure I wasn't being scammed. I called Chewy to verify my order and a real person answered! No awful computer system! As for the reviewers complaining about delayed shipping, go give the shipper the bad review as Chewy cannot control delays after it leaves their store.

I have bought many items from Chewy in the past. Not only were their customer support staff helpful and sweet when I had tiny stupid questions, but they were more than pleasant every time and always available. Once I bought the wrong size crate for my dog - imagine my surprise when I sheepishly went back asking to exchange it, didn't have the original packaging, and they gave me a refund right away and refused to take the bigger crate back. "Donate it for us," Vanessa (Chewy) said, "we like to give back to the community where we can :)" Thank you Chewy! You've got a customer for life!

Chewy sucks Orders come banged up, multiple boxes get separated and delivered days apart and customer service feeds you a line of crap. The weight was the issue, it might be on different carriers, the delay is because weather, etc. If an order is was assembled on Friday, shipped on the same time and using the same carrier, box #1 comes on Monday but box #2 comes Thursday something isn't right. Especially when box #2 is the lighter, smaller box. It came in damaged and the canned dog food dented all to hell.

I absolutely LOVE this company. The bad reviews on here are from all the Karen’s that hate life. Amazing customer service and just all around good people. If more companies were like this we would all be so much happier!

I have used Chewy for years but I will not support a company that engages in politics and drops my pillow. Focus on pets not politics and support your American customers!

1-800-PET-MEDS is all I have to say. Chewy Pharmacy is a joke!
