We love Chewy. Fast shipping. Reasonable prices. Very good selection. This order we needed veterinarian approval for our cat’s new prescription cat food and Chewy contacted them for us. Easy! No delay in getting the food to us either! We all are happy!

EXTREMELY irritated. This morning I got an email saying my dogs food was out of stock and they gave me options to just “buy a different brand” I’m sorry but my dog has been eating the same food for the past 2 years, she’s extremely picky and is about to be 8years old I’m not changing it. Online it said that it was in stock. Just now I received an email saying my dogs food has been discontinued and it was removed from my auto ship order. So now I’m very inconvenienced in trying to find her food somewhere else and we’re towards the end of the bag because my auto ship was coming in a few days!

Chewy is getting worse by the minute. After I moved from Glendale, CA to Oxnard, CA they still had not updated my files. Took 3 days to send a fax to Vet in Oxnard. Some Customer Service have trouble with the English language. They have gotten really bad.

I ordered many things from chewy and everything has been great and arrives quickly. My latest order got lost and never arrived and chewy replaced it without question with no charge. I emailed them my problem and they replied within minutes with my order already to ship for my replacement item. Will never shop anywhere else for pet supplies. They are amazing and have great customer service!!!

I was a longtime customer. Chewy, when confronted with a shipment or product issue would say, “I’m terribly sorry. How can we make this right?” Now: “I’m sorry you feel that way. If you wish to get your pet products from another supplier, we completely understand.” You have to ask yourself: Just WHAT happened? Who are these people anymore?

I cancelled an autoship and was told they'd issue the refund in 3-5 days, but they didn't and now I'm stuck with the charge (for now). For some reason they still shipped my autoship order even after cancelling, promised a refund, then backtracked on that and said the item had been shipped anyway and needed to make it back to their warehouse first. It's been about 8 days at this point, still no refund, no item. I just get the runaround. Customer service is NO help in resolving it. Be wary of signing up for the autoship and if anything unusual happens, be prepared to be stuck with charges and no pet food!

I received a 3 box order. They put 2 containers of cat treats in with a 40 lb box of litter. One didn’t make it. A small box with 2 little things of cat nip in it, which they could of put the treats in with. And still have room. And on top of that an open bag of cat food. That was resealed with the ziplock. Will never ever order from this place again. Will be posting the pictures of this on social media.
