Chewy happily refunded my purchase after my dog passed away. They suggested I give the food to a shelter instead of sending it back to them. Such an easy transaction when I am feeling so sad.

Chewy is Awesome! I’ve always had a great experience with chewy. They are very timely and responsive anytime I need anything. I’m always pleased with the quality of products and I absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

Our dog 16yo Cooper died with an unexpected quick decline. His next food order arrived on the day of his peaceful passing. We contacted Chewy to arrange us paying for return shipping and Chewy was incredibly kind...refunded the entire order of costly, special kidney diet food and told us to donate it. Which we will. So grateful to this company for their compassion and kindess.

Closed my account. 2 shipments in a row with bashed dented cat food cans. It was not the carrier as the boxes looked perfect. Not worth the bother. Someone is throwing the cat food across the warehouse or something. Terrible

I LOVE CHEWY.com! My order was shipped in a timely manner. The day fed ex said it was delivered..I didn’t find it anywhere in sight. I contacted fed ex and they confirmed it was delivered to “my” front door….so I contacted chewy.com through chat. They were amazing. They apologized and immediately shipped a replacement order at NO extra cost to me. I received my order days later. Great products! Great company!

Ive been ordering chewy for a good while..while dealing with things left out my order several times, dealing with my dry food bags ripped open because of no filler in the boxes several times, crushed cans on numerous occasions i still kept ordering hoping things would improve..although they started to, i decided to opt for the autoship...ive did autoship 2 times and decided to cancel...due to now overpricing my items...last week my oder went way higher than when i didnt do autoship..now this week $14.00 higher than last week..what i was ordering was $150.00 worth of items..( i feed 3 cat colonies and i pay for all the food myself)now for all the same items ive been ordering for months today they wanted $174.00..and that includes 5% off for autoship as well.. so now ive cancelled all together...i can get my items at walmart alot cheaper than what chewy is providing..I was a very dedicated customer, loved the convenience of having it at my door, loved that they fixed there mistakes on a very timely manner, loved there prices until now..im very sorry to have to stop ordering from them...and when i called to cancel, this customer service person really didnt care..he was more like no problem when 1 customer leaves another will take there place..

Chewy is very proffesional and shipment is within 2 days prices always the best.ill recomend everybody to chewy.

Unfortunately I recently hand to suddenly and unexpectedly put my precious fur baby “Roxie” to sleep...in my arms. 💔🐶. I had just received a substantial autoshipped order, so I called Chewy to see if I was allowed to return multiple unopened items. Their representative could not have been more kind—he was compassionate and sympathetic and immediately issued a full refund to my account and gave me information about receiving free pet grief counseling as well. Add to that, the next day I received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers along with a heartfelt note acknowledging the loss of my precious Roxie. Who does that??? Apparently Chewy.com does 🐶❤️...and while my loss is still fresh and my heart is still healing I wanted to give a big shoutout to Chewy. Thank you so much...I truly believe you hire people who love pets.
