I was amazed by the quality customer service experience I had with Chewy. I wrote a review of a product I found inadequate I purchased from them. I received an email making things right just based on my review. I’d like to give special acknowledgment to Chelsea G. who reacted to my review and made sure I was satisfied with my experience with Chewy. I would certainly recommend Chewy for all your pet needs! Keep up the good work!!

When you buy online ALL of your money leaves your community....Instead of Chewy or Amazon try buying local. When the tax paying brick and mortar businesses are gone in your community no one will be able to afford a home due to extremely high real estate taxes that will be needed to pay for the local infrastructure.....eventually we will all live in govt housing....think about it.

Ordering: Fine Delivery: Fine Return: Awful. When trying to make a return, there is no "Return" button. You have to contact the company either by message or call or email to request a return and mailing label. 24 hours later and I am still waiting and was told it may be up to 72 hours. Given the opportunity to buy from Chewy or Amazon with the single button return practice, I'd choose Amazon all day long.

Do not use!!! 10% of reviews on here are negative, this should tell you something- you have a 1 in 10 chance of getting screwed by this company. I bought Terramyacin for my horses’ gunky eye, received notification it was shipped- wrong! Not shipped. In the time I have waited for the package, which now looks like it will not arrive at all, eye is swollen huge, vet called, got medication elsewhere. Customer service- zero concern. Never will buy from Chewy again. They are getting annihilated by competitors- and there is a reason why!

Excellent customer service!! I had placed an order online and I had inadvertently ordered the wrong product. I contacted Chewy and not only was my request to return the item taken care of in a timely manner; Chewy gave me the option to donate the product to my local shelter/rescue facility rather than return the product to them. How cool!!! Kudos, kudos, kudos to Chewy!!!! I will definitely continue to order from them for all my pets needs.

Chewy has been consistently excellent in every area for me and has done their level best to get the items I needed to me despite the hardships of the pandemic they are wonderful and I trust them 100 percent

I had been using Chewy.com delivery service for a few years and had ordered and received my dog’s Christmas gifts last December. My dog suddenly passed December 16th. I called Chewy to see about returning his unopened treats and his gifts for a refund and the gentleman on the other end was so amazing, caring and compassionate as he listened to my story through many tears. He said to donate all of the items to a local shelter and my money was refunded quickly. And, to my surprise, I received a dozen roses a couple of days later, with sympathy from Chewy.com!! I have never received such a sweet gesture from ANY company! Truly amazing!!!
