Unfortunately my Symon just passed away, and we had been purchasing here and there from Chewy. They sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers to the house with their condolences. This little act goes a long way and I will continue to order from them in the future

I've used Chewy for a long time but I will NOT be using their pharmacy any longer. The only issues I've ever had with Chewy is their bad business practices with their pharmacy with never a resolution for the customer. This is bad business from Chewy and should not be tolerated. They will be losing a great deal of money now as I won't be back. Hope the bad business practices were worth it.

Been utilizing autoship monthly for years at approximately $200 a month. Unfortunately, reliability and business practices have tanked. Not sure what they have changed but, it's not good. 4 months in a row they have charged me on day scheduled and then just elected to not ship until 5-7 days later. Not cool! A 5th month if these games and my business will be with a different company.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size dog bones. I called chewy to request a return slip and instead they told me I would be refunded and to donate the treats to a local shelter. The best customer experience I have ever had. I will not shop elsewhere for my dog!

I have used Chewy for various things for my dogs over the years. I just want to leave a review that lets people know what GREAT customer service they have! Almost always get a real person right away when you call and that person is almost always so pleasant and helpful. This certainly IS NOT what you find with so many other companies these days. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love shopping with Chewy! We have used them for years and I’ll continue to for years to come. We get our dog food and cat litter on an auto ship and I always shop with them for our toys and treats. It’s so convenient, they are always super fast, everything usually arrives within 2-4 days. I recently ordered a harness that ended up being too small so they were able to return the money and help me get the right size, their customer service in this process was fantastic! Everyone I talked to was super friendly and they told me to just donate the harness to the local shelter which I am so happy to do! Thank you for so much help and kind words!

Love the autoship for pet meds and prescribed diet. They contact the vet and ship quickly. And when my account was hacked, they noticed the unusual charges, flagged it and stopped the transaction before I even knew about it. Customer service was very helpful.
