Chewy has always had amazing customer service. Every year they send my pets birthday cards and little things like that go a long way. They also refunded me right away for this prescription food that my dog wouldn’t eat and told me I could donate it to someone who needs it. Their hearts are always in the right place and we’re so thankful for them!!

Chewy always had competitive prices, and when we lost our beloved dog Rocky, they quickly refunded a shipment of food we forgot to cancel, let us keep the food to donate to our local shelter and sent us flowers and a heartfelt card. It was comforting to know that they understood the pain of losing a pet. Thank you chewing. We will be returning when our hearts are ready to welcome a new family member

I would highly recommend chewy! I love the products they have available and they have amazing customer service. If a order is wrong they fix it right away. Which is very rare that it is wrong but I got my order and was missing two things. I emailed them and got a response with the order being shipped out within 1 hour. Very impressed

I recently ordered a shampoo that dried out my dog's skin. So, I contacted Chewy customer service. They promptly refunded my full order, including shipping. They suggested donating to a local shelter or rescue and even asked about my dog! I'm happy to see they care about the welfare of customers and pets.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Chewy has always had A+ customer service and we are long-time customers. One of our cats, a 17 yr-old gray tabby named Lucy, was in declining health with kidney issues and lymphoma. She passed away Wed 5-19-21 while we held her in our arms. I had recently ordered more "potty pads" because she had been missing the litter box, but now had no need of them. I called Chewy to see if they would refund our purchase and spoke to an angel of a customer service representative named Haley (I believe she was in Texas). She could not have been kinder or more empathetic. She refunded our previous order in full and told me not to worry about sending back the product, but to donate it to an animal shelter. She said Chewy considers their pet owner customers as extended family and wanted to help by making the disposition and refund of my unneeded items as easy as possible. And within the week, a beautiful vase of flowers arrived at our door from Haley and Chewy with a handwritten note expressing their condolences and sorrow at our loss. We have never before had a business be so thoughtful and go so far to ease our sorrow as we experienced with Chewy and Haley. Thank you, Chewy and Haley, from the bottom of our heart for your kindness.

The staff at Chewy are simply the best with their customer service and support. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are completely satisfied with the products they purchase and if not, they will refund your money. I want to give a special kudos and thanks to Jordanne, the person I spoke with on the phone about this product. She was such a delight to talk with and after giving me a refund, she started asking me about my dog Quinn and also telling me about her dog. Not only did I enjoy the great conversation we had on the phone, but I was so impressed with the card I received from her a week later and the message enclosed: “It was a delight speaking with you and learning so much about your ‘furbaby’ Quinn”. She signed it, ‘With Pet Love’. That was such a kind and thoughtful gesture on her part and I really appreciated it. My sincere thanks again to Jordanne and the entire staff at Chewy!!

I would say my experiance ordering was excellent. Sizes were spot on. Descriptions were spot on. Delivery was on time. And everything was just perfect! I will be a repeat customer! Cindy

Absolute garbage. We received 11 of 30 cans of our cat food absolutely dented and some were popped open due to damage. Instead of refunding or replacing (I just wanted it replaced), I was given a $10 credit, which isn’t even enough to re-order the amount of cans that was damaged- not to mention I was still to be held responsible for shipping and handling. I took it to customer chat where I was told that Ashley S. “Did some digging” and saw that “I was supposed to get only $6.15 but the agent gave me $10, would I like to recount the cans?” Wow, ok. There was no wavering on their end as to how they were going to help me, which was just a joke. I ordered well over $200 from them on this order and had that same order on auto-ship. I immediately removed auto-ship and I then had to spend my afternoon break on their customer service line. Jason, the on duty supervisor listened to my story and at that point said he could replace the box of cat food or finish out the refund. I took the rest of my money and told them I’d never do business with them again. It shouldn’t have gotten so far as to me needing to call a supervisor. I’ve never once had an issue with Petco. They have always been immediate to respond and or replace goods when they have been damaged with no question. I’ll gladly pay the extra ten bucks monthly to get my cats their food from there from now on. Garbage policy. Garbage service. Won’t be back.
