I got a case of wet food that was to dry for my small dog with no teeth to eat .When I called to inform them of the situation she was so nice and said they were sending a new one rite away plus a refund for the cans I had to get till the new ones arrive . I have never Ben so impressed by customer service thank you I would highly recommend chewy to anybody

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My dog has severe anxiety. I ordered clomicalm from Chewy.com on 05/14/21. They never told me that they were not filling the order. I kept calling and they told me that me that my vet had not completed the prescription (which was not true). On 05/24/21, after speaking to them, they finally tell me that the order was canceled b/c I ordered 20 mg and the prescription was for 80 mg. I explain to them the nature of my dog's condition and they assure me that I will receive the medication within 1-3 days. I did not. Now, they tell me that it actually takes 1-5 days (depending upon how far you live from their pharmacy). Save yourself the trouble and just order from Allivet - a company with better communication and that seem like they actually care about animals!

Have used Chewy.com for several years UNTIL they became Political Censors! Corporately they cancelled their contract with MyPillow Mike Lindell for his Conservative position & support of Pres Trump. When I queried Chewy Customer Service about this THEY LIED & SAID "They don't sell pillows." I dug a little further & found Chewy sold 'MyPillow' Dog Beds which were cancelled to punish MyPillow Mike Lindell! That was it for me, I'll spend my money locally for Pet Supplies!!!

We have been ordering from Chewy since they first opened in 2011. We love them. Any small problem has been corrected. When we lost my little Frankie they sent a sweet gift. Then when Dax passed this last August they sent a sympathy card. I cannot say enough praise about them. The hand written Christmas Card is just another personal touch that we love. Prices are great, customer service is exceptional.

Chewy has the best, by far, customer service of any company ever. They make it absolutely as easy for customers as possible, on top of being charitable whenever possible. Any time that I have had a return request for any item they have refunded me and asked me to donate the items to a local shelter. I cannot say enough kind things about Chewy as a company and especially their customer service. They ALWAYS put their customers and animals FIRST.

I have been a customer for about four months and enjoying the prompt delivery and fair prices. Recently, my cat had to be put on a veterinary diet, and the customer service representative was helpful and kind in getting my order verified with the vet. Also, Chewy gave me a refund for the food I had already purchased, which my cat cannot eat now, saying I can donate it to an animal shelter. I will be a permanent and grateful customer!
