Poor customer service. Always late deliveries. Amazon, Petco and other competitors are doing the same with better coupons and sales than Chewy. Really need to retrain their customer service representatives. Rude with no sympathy/empathy.

I chose Chewy because it was the only merchant carrying the powder form of my prescription. It was a nightmare trying to get a vet-approved prescription through these people. My vet faxed the prescription to them 3 times with no sign of receipt. When they finally called Chewy the order had been tripled so my vet decided they always need to CALL them instead of faxing. Then I get an email confirming the order and it said I had to 'click here' in order to confirm and process the order. Then I get 2 charges on my account for the order. All this took 6 days. I needed this prescription ASAP and when I called them Chewy said it would be another 2-5 days before I get it!! Not a fan. perhaps if I put it on auto renew I won't have such a headache but then I still don't know how long it will take to process and ship.

My order didn't arrive when they said it would i never received an email letting me know my order was damaged and returned to wherever it comes from. so ok Reship items. Again something goes wrong and my order doesn't arrive when they say. No communication from chewy once again. I call them and now it's a holiday weekend and I can't get my stuff until after the holiday. Cancel I'm done. I'll choose local from now on.

I was billed before product was mailed ... the product was out of stock ... Chewy canceled order ... trying to get a credit charged back to my credit card still hasn't happened after 8 days ... I give up on Chewy and will call my credit card back and put the charge in dispute.... ...

I recently ordered supplies for my two conures. One of the items was a rope perch. When it arrived, I found it too thick for my birds. I called about returning the item and customer service advised they would credit me, and I should donate the perch to a bird shelter. Chewy has all of my business going forward.

Chewy is an amazing company. I recently had a misplaced/stolen package, and they jumped right in and helped me replace my order. It was quick and easy! Their customer service is amazing.

Chewy.com not only has the best prices around but their customer service is AMAZING! The first time I experienced it was when I left a review on a product that didn't stand up to my dog - they read the review and reached out to ME to notify me they were refunding my money for the product since it didn't meet my expectations. I was blown away. I just had to reach out to them when FedEx lost my recent order after a week. While I was on the phone with them, I was notified that my order was already being replaced and shipped out. I cannot recommend this company enough - other companies can take notes from Chewy.com!
