I’ve used Chewy.com several times. I had to put my baby to sleep and I am heartbroken. I called to see if I could return some unused cans of food. They asked why and I told them. I just received a flower bouquet from Chewy.com. I am so grateful for their kindness and thoughtfulness! I want them to know how much I appreciate what they did. It might be a little while before I need to place an order, but you can bet when I do, I order from Chewy.com! THANK YOU!

Chewy.com is proving to be our go-to pet supply provider. Orders are shipped to our door so speedily and I've been so impressed with customer service! There was a glitch with FedEx saying my order was cancelled but Chewy.com took care of it quickly and didn't charge me for the extra order. They were responsive and on their game. I would say they know how to build loyal customers because I am one now.

I have always been happy with Chewy, and I'm not alone. Read the reviews! I have to say something which completely stunned me. My dog passed away two weeks ago, and I contacted Chewy to let them know why they would no longer hear from us and to thank them for all their wonderful service. I just received a vase of flowers from them. That would be great customer service under any circumstances, but with the loss of the reason why I did business with them, there is really no gain for them other than a loyal and immensely grateful past customer. I didn't even get an email from the vet. Profound gratitude goes out to Amanda and the team at Chewy. You have helped at a time when nothing seems to help.

Chewy has by far the best customer service team I’ve ever encountered. I ordered from them for the first time 4 days ago. My package came in yesterday snd was missing one item. I sent an email to their automated “order delivered” email about the missing item & got a response back within 20 minutes letting me know that they apologize for the inconvenience & that they have corrected the order. My missing item will be here within 2 days. I can’t say enough good things about my first experience & chewys fast response time. Hands down the best customer service team ever...I’d say they’re better than Chick-fil-A..& everybody knows Chick-fil-A is hard to beat.

I'm on autoship for Rachel Ray dog food. Last order not only that came incomplete, came so late, out of one of the boxes was missing cans, instead of 9 were just 6 inside. You guys waited days to realize that is not in stock, after that send an email that the order will be incomplete, and even the food that came was incomplete, and I was charged (instead of 9 cans that I was charged in the package were 6). And that with 2 warehouses in the area, one in gardner one in belton. I WAS A CHEWY CUSTOMER. Wait for my review. And actually the same food is same price or cheaper at Walmart. Shame on you

I won't be ordering from this company any more. I put in an order for Breathslayer and I thought I was getting the bigger bottle because that's what it showed. It was actually the small one. I tried to cancel but they said it was too late. I wasted $50.00 which I can't afford right now

Support is useless. Good luck getting your questions answered. It’s like they can’t read or only read keywords and send a canned response based on that.

Could not be happier using chewy.com to order cat food. Whenever there is a shipping problem because of fedex, which is completely out of chewy’s control, I call and speak to a very pleasant and helpful customer service rep. They immediately help with my problem and get another shipment out to me ASAP. I’ve never had a problem with chewy. They are great!!
