Long term customer. Rescued for 25+ years. CHEWY WAS WONDERFUL WHEN RYAN COHEN OWNED. Slowly since selling out to first petsmart and now ceo singh: quality and a noticeable lack of empathy shines thru. Customer service is cold and phony. When there was an issue with product or even worse the passing of one of my babies: there was sincere human interaction. That has now diminished or left. Just another large corporate entity that truly doesn't give a damn about pets or pet owners. Go to small family owned companies who contribute to rescue We miss you Mr. COHEN and ur sincere love of our animals

Thank you Chewy. Chewy is not only convenient, easy to use, and flexible but they care. My dog passed away a few weeks ago. The next week I got a message saying an auto ship was on its way to my house. I wrote to Chewy to let them know that I would be returning the order for a refund because he passed. They gave me an immediate refund and a few days later I arrived home to bouquet of flowers on my door step. I had no idea what it was for until I read the card. Chewy sent me flowers for my loss. That was beyond what I would ever expect from a big corporation. Thank you Chewy, I will be back as a customer in the future!

Chewy has been my go to company for our pet supplies forever! We had a house fire a few months ago and lost all of our animals. I chatted with them to cancel my auto shipments. Not only did they cancel my auto shipment they credited my account also. A few weeks later I receive flowers from them. Amazing company!

If I could give them 1 million stars I would. I accidentally bought the wrong food and had to purchase another one and they refunded me for the old food and told me to donate it to dogs in need. I get all of my pet supplies from chewy and they are incredibly fast with their shipping. I have spoken to customer service a few times and each time they were extremely helpful and nice. I have nothing but great things to say about chewy!

Big thank you and 5 stars to Chewy's customer service! We recently purchased braces for our dog who tore her ACL. We ordered them from Chewy and got them right away. Unfortunantly they did not fit her little legs. I called customer service to get a return label and refund and the nice lady said "We will be glad to refund your $50 and just keep them and donate them to a vet or a shelter in your dogs name!" I was blown away and couldn't believe how easy it was and how generous they were!! We need more companys with great customer service like Chewy!!!! Its a lost art!!!

I suddenly lost my sweet hua hua. LOLA on the 21st of May. While placing an order for my cats perscription cat food, it was mentioned. He offered his condolences. On June 1st. A beautiful floral arrangement arrived in remembrance of my Lola. Thank you. XAVIER and CHEWY

I am a new customer with Chewy.com. I love them because of the speed in which I received my orders. Sadly, my 15 year old Yorkie Poo, Ebony was euthanized 6 days ago. I called customer service to cancel the future delivery of food, etc. They were so sympathetic about her death. They told me not to worry about anything and they will take care of everything. Today, I received a vase of beautiful flowers for the loss of Ebony. Thank you Sidney and everyone at Chewy. Your act of kindness brought so much joy to my heart.

There isn’t enough words in the world to describe chewy! I had my beagle for over 13 years and just few days ago my baby had to be put down due to heart issues and age. Chewy surprised me last year with a Portrait of Haley just out of the blue. And today I received a Bouquet of flowers for passing of Haley. How thoughtful is this company and their employees? I’ve used them for years and their customer service is phenomenal. Very caring, supportive and loving. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! From the bottom of my heart I thank you for everything throughout the years.
