I have never had a problem with their customer service, ever! I have had trouble with fedex busting up the packages but I’ve called and chewy’s customer service workers are so nice and so helpful, I have never appreciated customer service workers like them. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with everything you order from them

chewy.com has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life I purchase some items from them but had the give the dog away due to circumstances they gave me no problem with the return And are even sending me return labels the customer service reps are pleasant and friendly great company

I love the idea, but there delivery driver did property damage and fex ex is horrible. I have now left Chewy twice because of there delivery is bad. First time left it half way down my driveway in the rain, not at door. Second and last time they dropped the boxes so hard they broke my top step and popped 3 board screws out when they bowed from impact. 2 boxes rolled down the stairs and one took out my railing and the other went to the bottom of my stair busted open and smashed my flower pots. I will never use chewy again until they get a better delivery company. Usually my boxes are just crushed

Up until this past weekend I thought this was an honest company. I placed my order on 6/24 which I authorized 129.05 which was pending on my card. Then I checked my bank account on the 26th, and chewy put another pending charge of 128.93. When I called both charges were in their system charging me 257.98 for a purchase of 129.05. Now they don't think you should be mad because they blame it on your bank as being at fault. And it will reverse in 24 to 48 hours. Checking with my bank there is no electronic transaction to stop either charge. And I can dispute it but that could be another 24 to 48 hours. So if your smart don't leave your payment info, as they will charge without your permission. Oh and the reason they charged the second one, was to save me 12 cents. Nope it cost my account a hold of 257.98.

I ordered on a Thursday, they reached out to my vet for approval within 24 hours… but let me tell you. Having to wait six days for medication for seven animals is ridiculous. That medication should’ve had the option to be shipped at least over a two day period. so while their products are reliable, it shouldn’t take almost a whole week to get much-needed medications.

I can’t recommend them enough. We started using Chewy to get prescription renal cat food for our cat who had renal disease. No issues, we had it delivered on auto ship. Unfortunately our cat, Mittens passed away. Knowing that we would have a shipment sent out soon, I cancelled auto ship and in the reason why I told them that she passed. I also told them we had 2 bags of unopened cat food. This is where Chewy won my heart and business. We received flowers the very next day! Who does that? They also credited my account for the 2 bags of food and didn’t want them back. Because of this treatment and sympathy, I set up auto ship for our dog food. Same price as pets mart with free shipping. I was a bit surprised that the first bag of dog food arrived with a “best by date” that was a week in the past. I called the customer service number and a human answered! No menus or automated annoyance, a real person. When I told her what happened she apologized and stated that all of their food should arrive 3 months before “best by date”. Without asking for a picture of the bag, she shipped out a replacement which I received in 2 days. The new bag has 8 months before expiring. I can’t recommend Chewy enough. They set the standard for customer service!

I ordered prescription pet food from them, I had to cancel my order because my dog passed away. 3 days later I received a dozen roses and a sympathy card from them. I'm amazed at how much this company cares for their customers. They will have all my business!
