Chewy.com is an amazing company! I recommend ordering all you can from there. They have easy ordering, quickly coordinate with your vet for prescription refills, and fast shipping. Not only that, but when my pet passed away they went above and beyond to provide extremely personal service and solutions. For being such a large company, they truly care about every single customer. I commend them on how they conduct business.

I started an autoship for 28 lbs of tastes of the wild dog food in February 2021 and my balance was $37 something, my next order was probably 4 weeks later and they uped the price by almost $15 and price has remained the same since. Convenient to have shipped to the door but I would rather drive the distance to the store and get it cheaper.

Unbelievably extraordinary customer service!! Not only did they refund food that made my dog sick through his kidney failure they refunded pill pockets after his passing that I had just ordered two weeks prior and didn’t use. They told me to donate everything they graciously refunded. Then today I received I beautiful bouquet of flowers and a note how sorry they were for my loss of my baby Mugsy. I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service and wonderful products!! I give 20 stars!!!

I just had the most wonderful experience with customer service. Seleta D. helped me with a return. The money I paid for the item was refunded to me, and Seleta told me I do not have to return the item but instead, to "feel free to donate it to a local shelter or rescue." Unbelievable. I will continue using Chewy and I thank all of them for having such wonderful customer service.

I just lost my beloved Westie, Angel, who was a diabetic who lived to be 15 years old. The quality of her life was a challenge to me every day, and Chewy was there for all my needs. When I contacted Customer Service they replied immediately and helped me more ways than I can count. Online retailers only do this when they are led by truly remarkable people who provide above and beyond what any of us need. I am so grateful for all they did for me during the 15 years of Angel's life and know that Chewy had a big part in it.

Chewy literally has the best customer service ever. I accidentally ordered my dog food, cat food, ans littler to an old address and the offered to send it to the correct address for free! The whole conversation was about 2 mins long! If you don’t have your pet food on autoshipment I highly recommend setting that up with Chewy!

They stopped selling M. Lindell's product -- they don't support freedom, so I cancelled all auto ship and closed my account.
