Chewy is nice for not having to go out and get pet supplies but everyone we got something they would leave it all the way out by our car and we could not being it in very easy with me being very pregnant at the time and my mother-in-law being 70 years old. I've seen the people picking up the stuff from UPS and just throw it into back of the truck. We even called and told them what happened but it just kept happening so we stopped getting stuff from there.

I have never worked with any type of company like chewy. The phone is always answered in person with the most kind and extremely happy and sometimes entertaining representative. I have donated numerous items to our SPCA, because Chewy doesn't require you to return the items. I am a chewy lifer. I even asked if I could get a job. 100% top notch company. If you don't use chewy for your pet needs, you're missing out!! Thank you. George and Bella

I’ve always had an excellent experience with Chewy. Products always arrive on time, if not sooner than expected. They’re typically cheaper than buying from the vet or another chain pet store. Recently our dog passed away and I had bought a bag of Royal Canin dog food and they refunded me after hearing the news and told me to keep the dog food or donate it. They also sent me flowers as a condolence. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

I had to put my dog down. He was diabetic. I had 4 bottles of insulin left and chewy.com kindly refunded me and asked that I donate them to the vet which I did. I received a beautiful bouquet from them also with a very nice note. Thank you chewy.com for being so kind and thoughtful.

Not only do I get really good deals on chewie.com, they have a really good customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. They’re super helpful if you have any issues and they have a wide selection of all your pet needs at reasonable prices.

I am a loyal chewy customer! There are so few options to shop local for pet supplies, but either way I want to spend my money with a company who does Good. Chewy is one of those rare few large companies! I know they're not perfect but they're huge supporters of shelters and their prices are very competitive (read: good prices!).
