I called Chewy.com to make arrangements to send back prescription dog food that my dog didn’t eat since he had recently passed away of kidney disease. When I called, the person was very sympathetic and was very wonderful in the service he provided. He told me that he was going to immediately return the amount of money I paid for for the prescription food. And even though this food is very expensive, they told me to donate it to a local animal shelter so that way another dog could be made more healthy with the food. I highly recommend their company for the respect full and generous treatment other customers during difficult times.

Placed an order June 25, 2021 at 10:18am and received the order June 26, 2021 by 11:23am. Absolutely amazing!!!

I have never in my life encountered the wonderful customer service that I find with Chewy.com. My beloved Penelope passed away last Saturday. I just received a bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from Chewy. One time, I had ordered a prescription that the vet later cancelled. Chewy gave me a full refund and told me to just keep the medicine when it arrived. They always give full refunds, no questions asked and they have the best prices around. I am a Chewy customer for life and say thank you and Kudos to them !!! Thank you Chewy !!!!

I placed an order for an item that required approval from my bet on a Tuesday. On Friday Chewy contacted me and said they had tried to contact my vet that day, but they were closed. They were not closed because I was there and they had not been contacted by Chewy at that point. I immediately responded to Chewy and reiterated the contact information for my vet and suggested they would be open on Saturday morning. On Sunday I received an email from Chewy indicating they would cancel the order if they did not make contact with my vet within one business day. On Monday I called my vet and got the fax number which I immediately sent to Chewy. My vet did not hear from them all day. On Monday afternoon, I received an email that Chewy had cancelled my order. I called their customer service and the woman was extremely rude. There is no other way to put it. I will not order from them again.

I cannot say enough about the service I have received with Chewy over the past year! Every representative I have ever spoke with has always resolved any issue I have had. Will and Dimitri from Florida have been absolutely awesome as well as others. I have a 9 year old pup I almost lost last year due to diabetes which would have completely crushed me. Once our vet and I discovered what was going on and began treating him for diabetes along with changing his diet, he is like a puppy again. He lost his eye site after being on insulin for a month but that hasn’t stopped Valentino. He still walks 3 miles a day and swims in the evenings and on weekends in the fresh mountain creeks of TN. Thank you Chewy.com for your genuine service, you guys are the best! I would highly recommend chewy.com for all of your pet care needs. Everyone I have spoke with is not only compassionate but are knowledgeable pet parents. Thank you guys for all you do, your are greatly appreciated!

Chewy has some of the BEST customer service! Very quick to respond to any questions and if there ever is a problem will correct immediately! I would say they make my top three for excellent customer service. ( The other two being Chick-Fil-A and Disney cast members) The shipping is fast, excellent quality, great prices and wonderful workers. Can’t ask for more.

I have never dealt with an online company like I have with Chewy. They are the best out there. I will never order with any other pet company ever again. They truly care about your pets. Thank you so much Chewy for being so awesome!
