Do not ever believe you will get your order within 2-3 days. It is hit or miss with them. 7 times out of 10 my order takes at least a week. It is convenient to order and there is lots of variety. However, they need to change their delivery time on the site.

I shop here for all 3 of my dogs. I love the variety of items I can get. I practically get all essentials from them, including my senior prescription medicine, prevention, supplements, dog food, treats and even their toys. They are personable and understanding. When mistakes happens, even when it was my mistake, they always help come to a solution that is best for me and my pups. I will always shop here and I am always happy with the experience.

Chewy makes it so easy for me to buy my dog's prescription medication (and it costs half as much as anywhere else). They even contact your vet for prescription approval for you so you don't have to worry about that. The service is great, the products are great, and shipments have honestly come in a LOT faster than Amazon shipments.

chewy I love your company and is useful in our home but sadly we have to part ways due to not giving me shipping options. you only ship via FedEx and FedEx consistently looses my packages. I'm glad you were able to correct my last order delivered to wrong address, but I have decided to use companies with reliable shipping.

I have used Chewy for years, delivery used to take a couple of days (even during COVID), but it has been going downhill quickly. I normally order food for my dog (vet prescription) and on several occasions I've had to order from somewhere else just because it's taking so long. The current order is apparently taking 11 days.... Word of advice - if you're ordering food, make sure you give yourself a LONG window before you run out

This company is amazing. They have by far the best customer service I have experienced. Returns are donated and credited. They truly care about pets. Finally, I just lost my dog (so very hard) and I received a very caring note and flowers. Life long customer!!!!

We run a rescue and have ordered from Chewy for 2 years. We had problems with them last year so we stopped for a while. We finally thought maybe they changed so we went back to them. NOPE!! Still take monies out of our account way before they are supposed to which causes overdraft fees that they claim they have reimbursed us for but haven't. We were told that those refunds were " stuck in the system" and that this info would be passed onto their team for processing. Nope! still hasn't happened. When you specify a date to be drafted it is illegal to pull from an account before that date. If they do this to us then how many more has this happened too? Stop lying to your customers. Refund the 152.00 promised over the last year.
