Words cannot express my thankfulness and appreciativeness that chewy has done for me this past week. My dog passed away last week and I reached out to chewy to ask if his canned food could be returned. I had just placed a very large, expensive order and wanted to be able to send it back since it's perfectly useable. Not only did they say yes, but they credited me back the full amount! I was in total shock. They said not to send the items back, but to donate in my dog's honor. How thoughtful and amazing! I will absolutely be sure to do this. Later in the week, I came home to flowers delivered to my house--chewy sent sympathy flowers for the loss of my dog. I cried--this was so extremely above and beyond. What a company!! I am thoroughly impressed and cannot stop telling my friends and family what an AMAZING company you have. Kudos to you, chewy---you are an amazing company that actually cares about your customers!

I have made many purchases of cat food and supplies from Chewy.com and have never been disappointed, the orders are always correct and arrive on time. In addition, the ability to save 5% on autoship purchases is a nice option. On one occasion I accidentally purchased several bags of clumping litter, which I no longer used, having switched to the pellets. They credited me promptly and insisted that I didn't need to return the mistakenly purchased litter, even though I offered to take it to a nearby PetSmart (the same company, but a different entity), so I donated the litter to a pet charity. What more can you ask from an online seller. The only thing that disappointed me was when they quit carrying larger bags of premium cat food that I was buying.

I would give Chewy a great review from day one. Too many good things to say to list and no, I’m not an employee or relative. We lost our sweet hound 3 weeks ago and just got today a dozen white roses from them. They’ve sent a painting of one of our cats. Their return policy is awesome. S/H waived in many instances. So easy to order online or on phone. Always get a person. No automated system to deal with. Orders come in if not the very next day then within 2 days. Love Chewy!

Impressive! Was going to order from Amazon but checked Chewy first. The Chewy prices were much, much better and the promised delivery beat Amazon's. I placed my order in the morning and it was shipped the same day. Delivery was fast and trouble free. Thanks Chewy.

I called Chewy and asked if the deformed I had purchased was safe for kittens. Being all-natural , I hoped for the best. Yes, right there on the box, the customer service representative read to me it was safe for all cats, kittens, etc. Customer Service at its finest!

I can not say enough about how awesome chewy is. My 1st purchase was a new litter pan for my kitty. He loved it, but I had only ordered it 2 days before. I couldn't believe how fast they were. Then I had heard from a friend that their pet passed away and chewy sent her flowers and expressed their sympathy. How amazing is that? Last night I decided to purchase some flea treatment. I made my purchase around 6pm, and my box was on my porch at 11am. Today. Incredible!!!!! You might see that in local mom and pop shops but never in big named businesses. Wonderful service chewy. I placed my first order with Chewy for my pups heart medicine which of course they said they had to get authorization from my vet to fill the script. I got a message saying that it was processed and my order was shipping. I then get a phone call from one of the pharmacist telling me that the dosage is wrong on the script that they sent which is the same one they gave me when I was in the office for his check up. She questioned it because he only weighs 22 lbs and they had him on 1 5mg tablet twice daily every 12 hours so she contacted my vet only too be told it should only be 1/2 tablet twice daily every 12 hours. Needless to say I was very upset and angry because I was actually over dosing my poor pup. I am so so grateful for pharmacist that caught the mistake before it did serious damage too my pup. I am very pleased with Chewy!!

Every single time I have dealt with Chewy, it has been a pleasurable experience. The operators are caring and friendly, and they truly work to make the whole thing as quick and easy as possible. I have recommended Chewy to all my pet owning friends and family, and I will continue to do so in the future. They also surprised me last year with a small customized painting of my furball. This company is the best around. Real people, and real feelings. Way to go, Chewy!
