This is the 4th time Chewy has screwed up a medical order ofr my dog. Even though I provide all information for contact & delivery access they are unable to complete the transaction. They are able to take my money immediately upon ordering. I will never order from Chewy again. If you are ordering something you really need for your dog's health I encourage you to go elsewhere as this company is irresponsible. This is my 3rd phone call on this order which is still MIA.

I placed an order with Chewy on the afternoon of 9/9/21; 10-mins later, I discovered I had forgotten to order an additional item ! I called the 1-(800) number & was assisted by a delightful woman named "HANNAH"; she was able to order me the additional item w/o my getting charged a separate shipping fee. "HANNAH" is a great asset to your company. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND !!

The products are good but they need to stop using FED EX. I put in my order on 9/5 and it didn't ship until 9/8, now it won't be here until 9/10. I have been out of cat food for 3 days and this is unacceptable especially since there is a Chewy distribution center 5 minutes from my home along with a FED Ex distribution center literally right next to Chewy and my product gets shipped from another state.

Chewy has the BEST customer service of ANY company I have ever experienced. I had placed an order for my precious Heidi who had been having some orthopedic problems. Before the order arrived, we had another checkup in which we found she had an additional aggressive cancer. I was devastated and in shock. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady and lost it crying when I tried to explain the reason for cancelling my order. Not only did they refund my $ but asked me to donate my products to my local shelter. I lost my love of my life yesterday & received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Emily at Chewy today. I was extremely touched. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your kindness. People like you help to restore my faith in humanity. ❤️🐕 💐

I have tried using them now for a few months for prescriptions and every month it is a hassle, they are constantly out of my pets heart medicine and very often the say they do not have the prescriptions on file which is really testing the relationship with the vets office. After the recent order that took over 2 weeks for them to "claim" it is shipping tomorrow, the rep seemed very proud that she was able to provide that limited tid bit, and zero empathy of the inconvenience that was caused. I am going to start driving 20 miles out of my way to the vets office every month to pick up his meds in person. Will not be using Chewy again.

Our 13 year old dog died three days ago and I had recently placed my Chewy order. When I called to cancel, the rep told me they may not be able to stop the shipment and to donate the purchase to an animal shelter, which we did. Chewy.com gave me a total refund - and today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a sweet note of sympathy. Yes, we may have had a delayed shipment or damaged product in the past, but Chewy.com made it right every time with fast and courteous service. The flowers were unexpected and very much appreciated. This company knows how to provide excellent customer care.

We have used Chewy for our dogs for years and years and years but they are now losing another customer. We have repeatedly had lost/delayed shipments and now their 5 star customer service is no longer award winning. As soon as they ship something, the service now ends there. Shame on you Chewy. Get a new partnership outside of fedex and don’t ask a dog on a strict prescription food diet to wait 4 more days without food because you can’t guarantee your shipper will be on time anymore. Do something about your end result for your customers.

Placed my LAST order with Chewy on Sept. 2. Tracking indicated that it arrived at a local facility early Sept. 3 where it sat until Sept. 6 when it was noted "out for delivery" (on Labor Day????). Now on Sept. 7 is back at the local facility. Maybe I'll get it today, maybe not. I realize this is not Chewy's fault, but they need to realize that Customer Service does not end once the order leaves their facility. They need to work with their delivery service to make sure the customer is getting the right information.
