The most compassionate , kind and helpful pet supply company ever can not say anything negative about them ! They listen and go beyond to help you find the best product for your beloved pets. They also are compassionate they actually sent me flowers when I lost my beloved pet after I canceled an order which they refunded me even !

I ordered items for my puppy pack on the 8th, delivery for the 11th. My puppy ships out on the 12th so all should have been well. When I looked at my personal bank statement, I realized that chewy used my personal debit card, instead of my business account, whi was the form of payment selected. When I reached out to them, because they have a 💯 satisfaction guarantee, I was told there was nothing they could do unless they returned the shipment and then reshipped they product. So I didn’t cancel it. Then my shipment was delayed and not scheduled for delivery until the 13th which is a day after my puppy ships. If I had known this ahead of time, I could have avoided the whole headache and just used my local Petco, where I know I can purchase and pick up my supplies the same day. When I called again I was offered 10.00 off, on a 230.00 order and no expedited shipping. I will NEVER use chewy again, and I don’t recommend anyone do so if you want your order in a timely fashion. Amazon is much more reliable. And they have better customer service when they can’t fulfill their promises.

Normally I am quite happy with Chewy. They have the quickest delivery. But this time, not so much. I ordered a gift for my dog's birthday. FedEx said it was delivered on 9/9/2021, but it was not. I called and they changed the status of the delivery. On 9/10, they again marked it as delivered, but it was not. Chewy said they are out of the dog bones that I ordered, but they would replace the other items. Today is my dog's birthday and he's crying because he has no presents. It's a sad day for Buster.

Chewy is the best place to order items for my dog. Their customer service is great and helpful. If you aren’t satisfied they always give you the option to return it. They are my favorite place to shop. I would give them five stars plus. Thank you Chewy for being their for pet owners during the pandemic.👏

Great company, so far the few times I've needed to contact them they are very generous. I've received a refund without having to return the item (they ask you donate). Recently we lost a pet for whom i had just stocked up on food for and they not only refunded the purchase but sent flowers in sympathy!

Quick, easy, and great customer service! I’ve been using Chewy for over a year now and have had nothing but GREAT service. My order always arrives within 48 hours. Last one I placed at 3pm on a Tuesday and it was delivered the next day! I left a 1 star review on a product that my cat wouldn’t touch and they automatically sent me an apology email and reimbursed my payment. I was even able to keep the food supplement and donate it to my local shelter for other animals. They even sent my fur babies a birthday card last month!! Not to mention the chewy shipment boxes aka. pet toys….. my pets have gotten to know our FedEx driver by the sound of his truck vs. UPS and Amazon. They wait at the door just for their chewy box. Sorry UPS/Amazon - Jack and Dusty just don’t like you! 🤷♀️

Really like Chewy's focus on animal lovers. The products they carry reflect their values and they let customers do the talking (product reviews are honest and sometimes hilarious). Prices are fair and they have sales on the stuff you want pretty frequently. I sort of stopped price shopping b/c if their prices aren't the lowest, they're close enough and their service (i.e. returns) are always better. One small thing...their branded Chewy boxes make it easy to ID that delivery....on days when other shipments arrive (Amazon, UPS..), it's a small thing but is helpful.

Told us they could supply my dogs meds. First shipment was good, next order said they were out (and cancelled our order) This is insulin for gods sake, our dog can't live without it. Can't trust Chewy with my dogs life.
