I have used Chewy's autoship feature for years. Within the past 6 months I lost both of my dogs to cancer, the most recently passing was last week. ironically, I received an email that my "autoship" was scheduled for delivery. I contacted Chewy to advise that I will not need anymore items from them as I no longer have any pets.....maybe in the future, but too soon to think about new pets. I come home from work yesterday to find a bouquet of yellow roses & daisies from Chewy with condolences on the loss of my furbabies..... This was a total surprise and greatly appreciated. There really are decent, caring companies still out there and Chewy is definitely one of them. They are the BEST!!!

Chewy is the absolute best company ever! I got an order from Chewy and there was an item missing in my order. I called to let them know. In our conversation I told them that I lost my Mila ( My 15 yr old Yorkie) a year ago March. The next day I got the item I was missing and beautiful flowers with a handwritten note saying that their hearts go out to me for my loss. Wow that’s what I call Superior Customer Service! I won’t shop anywhere else for my fur babies!

I was recommended by a friend to try Chewy. I have seen Chewy boxes all over my street so I did not have to ask or read reviews.. it was obvious .... my neighbors used Chewy. During the beginning of the pandemic I could have not been more thankful for the service, the amount of different brands they carried and any supply I could possible want for my three boys, (bichons). They have prescription foods and drugs and how easy to press a button and they will contact my vet and they will get it right off to me. There was a time when there was a delay in getting my prescription and I called and they explained to me that the hold up, the approval was my vets delayed response not approving the order quickly. I do believe with all my heart and faith that they work as hard as they can to get all orders out, and maybe the problem with the delivery service may be the delivery company or the vets issues of approval for a order., not Chewy. I am so grateful to them, during this pandemic they have made my life so much easier, and I will be forever grateful to them for all the help, supplies and concern for my issue with my boys as they age and everyday that I have them is a blessing... Thank you everyone who is a Chewy team member, and my hats off to you for doing a good job in tough times. Every person I have talked to on the phone is polite, helpful, and to all of you Thank you!! And to all the people who prepare our shipments another Thank you!! goes out to you. And thank you all for working... to help feed and care for our family members. ..

This company service is excellent!!! They are committed to give customers 110% satisfaction. Delivery was as promised and return of a dog leach was no Hassle to return ! The lady that I talked to was so friendly and helpful with return and changed the auto ship because two of my furry friends passing and the need for my dog foods needs were decreased , Sorry I can’t remember the Ladies name I’m so bad on names so my apologies. Company is so nice that they sent us a bouquet of flowers with condolence !!! Thank You, God Bless ! Frank R

This is my first time ordering from Chewy.com. I am waiting on some medicine for my dog that was supposed to arrive yesterday. I still haven’t received it. It seems like a great company, but has really unreliable shipping. Most of the 1 star comments are regarding the shipment not arriving on time. Really wish they would fix that issue.

My package was delivered but I did not get it. No questions asked. Chewy sent a duplicate shipment out immediately. Customer service was excellent. In addition they have comparable prices and quick shipping. Always use chewy for my pet needs.

So, very disappointed in chewy. My dog is on a special diet and her food didn’t come like it should of. So I had to call the veterinarian to see what she could eat until her food got here. Chicken and rice. So upset, my girl is my baby and it’s up to me to take care of her, and up to chewy to do a better job. I’m done with them.

I recently purchased several items from Chewy totaling over $200.00. Soon after the order arrived I had to put my dog down. I contacted Chewy to return the items purchased. Chewy immediately credited my account, and asked that I donate the items purchased. Two days later I came home to Flowers sitting on my front porch. The flowers were condolences from Chewy on the loss of my dog. I have never has such thoughtful and caring actions from any other company I have done business with. If and when I get another pet I will exclusively do business with Chewy. I will recommend to anyone owning a pet to do the same. Thank you Chewy.
