Delays in shipping have been horrible! Was expecting my order on Saturday and it’s now Wednesday evening and it’s still not here! Called support and while they were super friendly I feel like I keep getting lied to. They have told me 1 more day for the past 3 days!!

I was a bit weary of ordering on line, but gave it a try and LOVE it! Been ordering my pet supplies for years from Chewy. One less thing I need to worry about picking up at the store. Delivery is always fast! I only had a couple of oops (mind you, years of being with them) on product they delivered but they were quick to resend the right product. Instead of me going through the hassle to return the product, they credited me and asked for me to donate to a local shelter. They care about you, your pets and shelter pets ❤️ Thank you Chewy!!!

We have been getting all our pet supplies and medications from Chewy for a long time. We recently lost our 13 year old Yorkie, he had diabetes, urinary stones and was blind. We had just received a large shipment of specialty food both wet and dry when he passed away. We called Chewy to see if we could return the items, they told us to donate the food and treats and gave us a full credit for it. 2 days later we received a beautiful bouquet of Sunflowers with a lovely written sympathy note on the loss of our pet. This company is awesome. Also they send birthday cards to your pets if listed in your profile. I would highly recommend Chewy for all your pet needs.

*** update 9/15. Emailed customer service and they responded in a few hours. Are refunding for the added cost of a new food purchase and are looking into the rep who provided the poor service! Thank you for the quick response chewy!*** Today’s experience with Chewy was horrible!! I have a standing order for my dogs that was shipped on 9/9, called 9/13 when not here and got great service. Was told it was coming 9/14, offered to send replacement out and was great. I chose to wait since it was only one day. Still no food as FedEx stated it would be. Called and was told oh well, if not there by the 18th call back. So I paid for food I can’t give my pets snd am completely out. Now I have to go buy more?? Was told sorry you’ll have to call back, FedEx has delays. No offer to help. No desire to give any service!!! She was horrible!!! I am ready to cancel my auto ship that I’ve had for over 3 years because of one woman!!

We have been using Chewy now for over a year & found them to be great. Our vet changed our dogs food & we had just purchased a case of his wet food. I called to find out how I could return it for credit towards the new food & the C/S rep told me to donate the food to a good cause & that they would credit my account the amount. I was astounded that I did not have to return the food, They were just wonderful

My mom lost her 15 year old Boston mix Companion. When she called to order more for her other fur kids the person asked how the entire gang by name was doing. My mom very emotionally told her that her sweet Izzy went over the rainbow. 3 days later she received a dozen roses and condolences from Chewy. You have a forever customer by all of us ❤️

I love Chewy but won't use them anymore because FedEx just throws it at the bottom of my stairs and I can't even get the package in my house. Every experience with FedEx in my career is terrible.

Chewy's customer service is OUTSTANDING! I ordered the wrong cat food and when I called them to see how to return the items I was told to donate them, they helped me order the correct items, waived the shipping AND gave me 10 percent off. WHO does that? CHEWY DOES!
