I have called Chewy and spoken to many customer service reps, over the past 10 or more years. I have NEVER been disappointed. They are all friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I always seem to wait until the last minute and have had a few "emergency" orders, and have ALWAYS been accommodated, even during Covid, which has delayed shipping for many companies. Very recently my beloved dog was very sick and passed away. Chewy refunded $ for all medications etc, that I had purchased from them, and would not let me return anything. Through my tears of grief and sadness Jordan and Shantelle were so caring and compassionate, I felt like I had made two new friends. I can not say enough about how grateful I am for Chewy's amazing, outstanding customer service!!

I love Chewy because of their amazing customer service first and foremost, but also because of how easy it is to receive my shipments on time. When I lost my Golden they were so sweet to my family, and they have been equally as concerned about my diabetic cat. Only one time was my prescription order messed up (because nothing can be perfect without a few hiccups along the way) and they replaced it immediately for free with a refund. I hadn't asked for that, but they secured a lifetime customer with their concern and care.

I purchased a a car blanket for my dog in May. Last week the straps holding the blanket to the car seat ripped off. I contacted chewy and they sent me another one at no cost. Not only that their delivery time was superb- it took 3 days from my inquiry to getting the new one. Wow! Thanks. I also want to compliment them for their ease of use of Autoship-so convenient and flexible.

I was so impressed at the quality of customer service tonight. I love that they have someone I can talk to 24/7 with no machines asking me 50 stupid questions first. Just a competent person to help me. Sometimes the website can be a little frustrating but overall it’s pretty good and while some things weren’t totally smooth during the height of the pandemic shutdowns, it was still pretty good. Have used them for years and will continue!

Customer for several months now. Recent order arrived damaged which could happen and does happen with most mail order companies. Notified Chewy via their app, next day a replacement was sent out. I had the new package the next day. Now that’s customer service, wish others would handle business like Chewy.

I found Chewy’s return and refund process generous and easy. I had ordered a kennel from them only to have been gifted another that met my needs. I inquired what I’d need to do to return the kennel for my refund and was told the refund was already in progress and I should donate the kennel to a local humane society or rescue. Great way of paying it forward!

I recently lost my dog, but had purchased medicine for her. I hadn’t opened it yet so I called chewy and explained what happened. They were very understanding so I was able to return my item and get a refund. About two days later (today), I received flowers at my door along with a message from the associate I talked to on the phone. I absolutely recommend this company. Amazing service.

I've been a regular Chewy customer for over a year and I am always impressed with their customer service.
