Chewy used to be a great company has steadily gone down hill, longer then normal delivery. With no notificaion or pre disclosed noticed. Placed and order for flea and tick for my dogs. I know it has to be approved . However waited 3 days before contacting chewy was told hasnt beeen picked up yet , give a couple days call chewy they say of hasnt been processed another day call chewy again sts was nt approved call vet . Call vet it was aproved on date req. So ph calls later immediaetly request supervisor get Jason who then transfers me to another supervisor , who just goes I can look into to it . Advised him he will complete currently, have had 6 days of run around . I stated Chewy used to be a good company. Now need to go to a different company.

What has happened to chewy. Been ordering for years with no problems until recently. Several people I know have had major issues with shipping and have stopped buying from chewy. I didn’t have any problems until my current order. Chewy guarantees shipping in 2-3 days on orders $49 or more so I try to order that much for free shipping even though I can get all this stuff at petsmart 5 minutes away. Ordered on Friday shipped on Saturday. Was supposed to deliver Monday but no movement at all on the tracking with ontrac. Customer service have the run around even promising it would deliver that day. One agent offered a partial refund to but the most needed item which I accepted. Only to be given a $5 refund that wouldn’t even buy the $25 supplements I needed ASAP. Tuesday ontrac shows out for delivery. Never arrives. Now it’s Wednesday and says out for delivery again. Mind you this is shipping from a chewy warehouse 30 miles away. I could’ve just driven out there and picked it up myself. Chewy you lost another customer. You can’t even deliver a package in the same damn city in 2 days

Ive been using them for my cats needs since the store closest to me is going through a remodel and removed the pet section for a bit. I don't think I'll be going back to indoor shopping for my pet needs because Chewy offers it all - and then some - plus the quick shipping is great!

I ordered 2 packages from Chewy, never bought from here before. I ordered them on Saturday, it STATED that it takes 2-3 days for delivery! It is literally shipping from DALLAS, I live in Fort Worth Texas and it is ONLY AN HOUR AWAY. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. It has been 4 days now and they still haven’t even shipped the package even though on Chewy it has stated that it is in the process of shipping. What the hell is going Chewy?! This is so pathetic! It is an HOUR AWAY, I rather drive than deal with this nonsense from Chewy again. The funny part is all the recent reviews are if not worse than this. I feel bad for all the other customers who have pet with medical needs, that Chewy is CLEARLY ignoring them. You can’t ignore prescriptions and health issues, people have pets that their health is relying on their shipments, make THAT A PRIORITY! Chewy is a disgusting company for that. I will NEVER order or recommend this to ANYONE.

I spent two days, countless phone calls, 3 phones from my veterinarian and was placed on myriad long holds in order to place a simple order for a small prescription of antibiotics. It was frustrating experience all the way round. They lost the first prescription (I was told the chewy pharmacist did not enter the information) and was given a run around every time I called to check on the status of the prescription. I repeatedly asked for expedited shipping and was promised that would be done. It was not. The last person I spoke to at chewys strongly suggested that my vet, who has been practicing for thirty years, did not know how to place a prescription. For his part, my vet said after this experience he will not be recommending chewy pharmacy in the future. So, if you have time to waste, infinite patience, as well as a patient vet, and don’t care when you receive your prescription, by all means use chewys.

What has happened to Chewy? They have always been reliable , but now I’ve been waiting for days on my dog food. Called customer service and they said it hasn’t been shipped yet even though I got a email stating that it shipped already. Now I gave to stop and get them food which defeats the whole purpose of having Chewy. So if that’s case I’m done with Chewy.

Their logistics team is not operating efficiently. It takes Chewy 5 days to print a shipping label after my vet approves our insulin prescription. We are without insulin, which should have arrived multiple days ago per chewy's expectations (website originally claimed the 19th). I placed an order September 16th and my vet had approved my insulin by 9:00 a.m. the morning of the 17th. Chewy did not give the package to FedEx until the 21st of September at 10a.m. How does it take 5 days to print a label and hand a box to FedEx? When I called chewy to discuss, the pharmacist lied to me. She claimed to have reordered the insulin, but when I logged in the next day it was obvious she had not. This further delayed critical medication. The pharmacist repeatedly lied, while she faked processing the order. It was her aloof friendliness and fake listening (her mistakes illustrated she wasn't even listening to the address I gave her) that led me to check to see if she'd done anything she'd claimed. My my service dog is diabetic and highly dependent on insulin. If he misses a dose he becomes very sick. This isn't flea medicine that they're late with, this is medicine that is critical to administer multiple times a day. He cannot contain his bowels or bladder without this medicine. His body also cannot absorb any of the nutrients from his food, which is why his body purges it out. This means without his insulin he feels like he is starving to death. No matter how much I feed him, if he doesn't have his insulin, he will not absorb the food. He feels like he has not eaten and he begins to starve. It's painful for him and it's painful to watch how much he suffers. Chewy is not holding their employees accountable. The lying pharmacist destroyed the illusion of customer service.

I had ordered prescription dog food for my DJ and there was an issue with the address because chewy no longer delivers pkgs to USPS addresses. I spoke with Bryanna on the phone and she not only was able to cancel original pkg but reschedule a new order to come to where i am at as i move from campground to campground. She also told me that she would personally follow up on the order and keep me informed! I have had excellent customer service at other places but Bryanna by far is going above and beyond! Thank you Bryanna!!!
