Zero stars if it were possible. False advertisment. My first time using them. Have a coupon that states 15% off first order. Wasn't able to redeem it. Placed order anyways (against my better judgement). States order would ship within 3 days. It's been a week and order still hasn't shipped. Jordan in customer service refused to give me a refund. I will have to file a dispute with my bank. I am not happy at all with this company. Terrible organization. Never again!

We love our 2 dogs and cat and we want the best for them. So we regularly buy from Chewy.com. It has been two years or more. They were especially responsive during Covid, when we could not go to our regular pet store. They delivered all of our pet food. We are very happy for the good service and totally appreciate their effort to always be on time.

They are the genuinely caring of our oets, kindest, and excellent customer service. They sent a beautiful flower arrangement and beautiful card for my deceased dog. They speak about our pets by name and you can post a photo and biography. They always care to help one out and available 24/7 with exemplary custoner service! Top-notch above all the rest!

We have had two separate shipments arrive damaged for different reasons. Chewy's is always responsive on their Chat and sends out replacements quickly. I am impressed with Chewy's but Fed Ex needs to improve their product. We will continue to use Chewy for our animal needs.

I have been buying from chewy for many years. I am now on auto ship. Their products are great, my cats love the food, the prices are great, and they offer great deals quite often. With auto ship you get a lower rate every time. Anytime I've ever had a question or needed to return something, customer service has been very quick, professional, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We purchased Charlie's food and meds thru Chewy for years, great prices always got the product in one or two days. Company is a pleasure to deal with. Charlie passed away earlier this year, we received a birthday card for him as they never forgot year after year. I wrote them to advise Charlie passed away and next day Monday we got a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Charlie from Chewy!! Wow, that speaks volumes about them and how much they care about their customers and pets. Once we get another Cocker would obviously use Chewy as we always did, just a good company with caring people and I know Charlie was smiling when he saw those gorgeous flowers for him. Paul Hughes

Will never buy from them again…totally incompetent. Ordered Heart Guard, which we have in the past. The latest shipment was supposedly lost by FedEx. Had to call multiple times to try to resolve. A supervisor told my wife they would send it out, but we kept getting emails that they needed our vet’s approval. I called the vet and was told that a conversation with Chewy resolved the issue and the Heart Guard would be sent. Well, it never was. My wife has spent an inordinate amount of time on hold being bounced from various agents, supervisors, etc.

Always go above and beyond. When my pup passed away and I asked to return some items I have purchased for him and hadn't used, they were phenomenal about it all. They actually sent me flowers as well. I will ALWAYS use Chewy! They truly care about their customers. Fast shipping as well!
