Two orders- two disasters. If you value you pet’s health, and need their medication, forget it. My first prescription has been “out for delivery” for three weeks. It’s never arrived but seems to still be sitting in the completely incompetent OnTrac warehouse in Petaluma. They sent another prescription since I’ve been desperate for the medication. Same experience. Tracking packages or actually delivering orders seems to be impossible for them. Everyday- it’s: “Out for delivery today”. This service is beyond bad- it’s dangerous if you love and value your pets well being.

Chewy really is most credible, reliable & trustworthy! There is no one, not one company that is better than Chewy! These guys get the job done quickly & accurately. I place my order(s) & next day it's at my door.. Not even Amazon is closely in comparison!! Thank you Chewy & crew You go above & beyond to wow me..

I have never dealt with a better company. Chewy is fabulous. Not only is the shipping fast and accurate they were so compassionate during my time of grief when I lost my precious little girl. They were so consoling they sent me a card, flowers and then they refunded my money for the recent purchases I had made without even asking. I cannot say enough good about Chewy! I will always use this company to purchase my pets needs. Thank you for your kindness!!

Never spend money with chewy, they have charged me 3 times to refund 2 of them, now they are trying to charge me a 4th time after everything has been paid and take more money out than the order! don't play with my money. So now it's completely paid but one charge is pending, they want to double charge me to release the pending transaction. So unless you have all kinds of extra money you don't need, DO NOT USE CHEWY!

Walmart and Amazon are cheaper and more reliable. Chewy ran out of my dog’s 25 pound bag of food. Did not inform me until almost a week of “waiting” to ship. Called and got a smaller size replacement. “Will ship in 24 to 48 hours”. I call back 48 hours later. “Sorry about that, let me send a message to the warehouse, will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours” I call back 48 hours later, “I’ll send this order to the warehouse as a complaint, sometimes they will ship within the hour of a complaint”. Call back the next day and say if they do not have the food to just let me know so I can get it elsewhere. “Oh yeah guess we are out 🤡”. Meanwhile my dog has been out of her food (don’t worry, she was being spoiled on home cooked meals), but I didn’t want to order from elsewhere as the shipping would be a few weeks, and chewy kept promising 24 to 48 hours. What an absolute joke, I feel strung along. Guess they don’t care about customer service or my pet. Don’t be fooled by the cards they send you. Was the last of my family to to be using chewy, will never order again.

After our beloved golden retriever, Cooper, passed away, we contacted Chewy about returning unopened medicine. Chewy not only refunded the full amount, they told us not to worry about returning it. A few days later they sent a vase of flowers. Chewy is an excellent company that truly care about their customers.

Should have read these reviews! I ordered ONE Catio and Chewy sent me three........totaling nearly $1,000. I used one for my cats and have been attempting to get credit for the other two that I did not order. They denied they shipped them but yet I have the entire tracking information from FedEx which shows that they were shipped from Pooler, Georgia, a Chewy Warehouse. I was in the process of moving and had the one set up at my new home so when I head someone dropping something off, I found out they were the extra catios. So I had to pay someone to take these two very large boxes out to my legal office and with no place to put them, one has gotten wet and I am amazed that no one has taken them in the night. I have owned a legal office for 45 years and I can assure you, I will take further action against this corrupt business.

I am ordering veterinary prescription dog food my dog has liver problems, It takes you one week to receive your dog's food. When you find out your food has not been shipped. Customer services lies and the supervisor was cold and didn't say nothing to help me with my situation the order was still waiting to be pickup to be shipped. I was crying to him about my frustration, but the only thing he said was that they had a lot of order backup. I will never be deceived by this company's lie and no compassion for dog owners.
