Chewy service is ok. You can not count on getting your orders in their "1-3 day delivery" Most of the time it 1-2 weeks. Which is hard when planning your pets food and prescriptions. Several times I have had to make emergency runs to the pet store because the orders are so late.

After using Chewy auto ship for a few years I can honestly say I’m disgusted with their customer service. I am currently awaiting fedex to refuse yet another shipment. Last night I updated my auto ship as I have a rescue an stock changes month to month, so this morning I wake up an my order has shipped an as I look at the items I noticed one item I ordered 15 of because they were 2.30 had increased to $9 this morning! This cost me over $100 more. Chewy has over charged me by as much as $400 before! I have read several reviews an it seems I’m not alone therefore I’m joining the group that won’t ever order from this company again! Also please note that if you buy one sale item no other listed sale items in your cart will be sale price! They do not advertise it but when you check out you will notice your total is a lot higher. I sadly lost my pet before a lot of expensive prescription pet food arrived and they were very kind to refund my card and not even insist that I return the product when it gets here, but said to donate it to a shelter, which I will do. All businesses should be so customer oriented.

Chewy has the best customer service ever. I will never shop anywhere else for my pets needs. I know people with pets have passed and they have sent flowers to the owners. Such a great company!

I have been ordering from Chewy for years and I choose Chewy over any other method of getting supplies for my cats. The autoship makes keeping up with their litter/food/misc. easy & the reminders of when the next shipment is coming up allows me to push it back if I don't need the order at that time. I also save money using autoship so it's a win-win. Their prices are competitive and I've found products with them that I couldn't find through any of my local pet stores. Their customer service is quick to respond to messages & I have always had my issue resolved. I recently ordered a new cat food flavor and my cats reacted poorly to the rice in it. Not only was Chewy willing to allow me to refund the full boxes & the loose cans from the opened box, but they recommended I donate the extra cans to a local shelter and did not ask me to return the food. I see Chewy as a business that genuinely values animals and providing quality products to animals.

If you give them your bank account number I hope you know that they can take different amounts at different times and say that's the way they do it I have numerous transactions took out my account I have been trying to go to refund but Nidia months I spoke to I don't know how many people they've had me crying because one person says one thing one person says another thing customer service is absolutely disgusting very very bad service whoever said that the customer service here is good is being paid first one person actually said I don't know how they can call you back we haven't got your phone number God's honest truth terrible terrible terrible customer service I called about an hour ago I'm going to talk to the manager that is called me he text her and she said yes I'll call her back I'm still waiting I called back again and she didn't respond so tell me again about the customer service being

I have ordered all my pet supplies (5 cats and a large dog) through Chewy over the past year. I am 100% thrilled with their pricing, shipping, and customer service. I receive my orders within a couple of days. I've twice had a minor issue (i.e., the treats were packed beneath something heavy and were smashed flat), and the refund was easy and immediate. Probably most importantly, I'm trying to avoid ordering online and supporting a different big box company which I feel has a little too much censorship (of books) for my taste. Thank you for the great alternative!
