This is the best company ever! My vet just changed my dog's food to a prescription brand. I ordered my 1st bag from Chewy! My dogs had only ate 1 time out of it when something crazy happened. My husband was looking at the bag to make sure I was feeding them the correct amount, when he put it down right beside a candle I was burning. We both went outside for about 10 minutes with the dogs, and when we came in the bag of food had melted completely! Dog food was all over the floor and the wax from the candle was everywhere! The dog food had melted bag all over it! I sent Chewy a message to let them know why I was ordering again so soon. and they told me they would refund me the amount of the bag of dog food! It was totally our mistake, but they refunded the money back anyway! Now that is what I call awesome customer service!

Typical corporate greed would not honor coupon code that was in my cart. Cancelled and in the process of canceling account (not easy). Bait and Switch, and their shipping is unreliable.

This is the worst company ever will never order from them again. When you order it tells you 1-3 days of delivery. Well that’s a lie. It took 5 days and an escalation team member was supposed to call me and that did not happen. Should of order from Amazon I never have issues from them. So taken you off my email address.

The only way to return an item is to email them. I've emailed three times with no response. I'd rather stick to Amazon and Walmart where returns are not so difficult.

I have 3 dogs. So dog food goes fast , I’m on preorder list. My dog food was going to be late because of delivery issues. When I mentioned I already had to buy another bag from store. They were nice enough to give me 20.00 bucks off my order. Small bag of dog food I got was 10 bucks.which I Will have to get another to hold me over. But cost was covered. I feel they held up there in. And will Continue to order from them. May have two move my preorder up a week just in case it happens again

I have been ordering food for over 11 years great customer! Ordered a lot of Naturals Balance food & it was ready to expire 2 months at my order! This is awful over $100.00 of food that went bad! Beware they will ship you dry bag dog food ready to expire! Naturals balance could care less about it🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭😓😓😓😓😓😓 Check your dates on the bags of dog food!!!!

This is what happens when you lose two of your best friends and cancel your order because you no longer need the food. After talking to James at Chewy .com and explaining my loss I unexpectedly received a bouquet of flowers at my front door. There is no way to explain my feelings about my pleasant surprise except this company is one of the most outstanding companies I have ever done business with , and will never forget this thank you. Bait & switch! So, I notice when I google Brilliantpad replacement rolls that Chewy.com is listing these at $32.49 at 35% off among other retailers like Walmart, Petco who list them at $49.99. Ofcourse, I press on Chewy’s link where they are $49.99! Any company using these tactics is not a trustworthy company and I’ll order them from another retailer. Bait& switch! I called them and offered to send them a copy of the webpage but the rep poohed it off.
