I have two dogs, and I ordered the same coat for both of them and one needed one size up. I called chewy and asked them to return it so they gave back my money. I asked how I should return it and they said to donate it to the shelters. Thank you chewy for helping shelters and dogs in need.

This company is by far the BEST that I have ever worked with. Their customer service is outstanding! Destiny, whom I spoke with the other day concerning a harness for our dog was absolutely wonderful! She answered my questions and had our dog's new harness delivered the next day. They really care at Chewy! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Ordered cat food, enough for 1-3 day free shipping on November 14, 2021. Today is November 20,2021 and still no cat food. I get that shipping may be delayed. This is false advertising. I called Chewy. They would be happy to send my order out again, charge me the full rate and provide me with 10% my original order. Doesn't seem like Chewy wants to resolve the problem or keep me as an ongoing customer.

I bought a cat tree and started the process of putting it together only to discover 2 missing posts and some missing bolts. I called Chewy. The woman that I spoke to apologized and said she will send me a replacement. She surprised me and sent it overnight! I've always had good luck with their products and customer service. Thank you Chewy, you rock!

This is my go to website for my cat's shopping. i ordered with them more than 10 times, there were two times that the mail delivery guy lost my package, and they deliver the same products to me right after I told them I did not get the package. Good customer service.

If you have plenty of time to order something simple like a customized dog tag, this is a great site to have to navigate to get what you might want !

Chewy saved the day for my new puppy, who was having major dietary issues. They worked directly with the vet's office, near closing time, to get the prescription needed in order to ship the food. I received the food the next day. They are a company that loves pets, and it shows. I am SO grateful for their help in my puppy's time of need.

Horrible customer service! Everytime I call I get a different answer even from the sups. I ordered dog pajamas on Wednesday morning and was assured I would receive by Saturday. Thursday received email from Chewy that package was shipped from OH! Friday afternoon, FedEx only has a tracking # but no package, their still waiting for the package from Chewy, and Chewy claims that package was shipped! Total lie! It's still sitting in the warehouse! This was my first order and last order through Chewy!!! Update: as of 4:15pm Friday, Chewy must have paid for overnight Delivery! FedEx website now shows is will be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) by 1:35pm! Unbelievable!
