If I could give them less than 1 I would. Their carrier left a 60 pound box in my yard but not at my door. I'm in my 60s and I can't drag a box up the stairs anymore. That's why I had it delivered. So much for their advertisement about "tired of lugging those heavy bags? Order from Chewy".

We ordered a stocking for our dog for Christmas. We got an email today stating that the item received was not the same as what we ordered, we hadn’t even noticed! They processed a full refund without us having to ask or anything! Great customer service!

3 years ago i bought toys for my dog and they were garbage! You know everyone deserves a 2nd chance. So I ordered toys this year. What a mistake!!!! These are worst than last time! I will never ever order from Chewy again!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Shipped my dog's prescription to the wrong address. Then said they would correct it. Never did. Avoid.

I have received outstanding customer service each time I have ordered from or had to make a return to Chewy. I wish all the other stores I deal with were this good and responsive! In addition the representatives at Chewy were genuinely caring and compassionate upon hearing of the loss of my 16 year old dog, aka my baby. Impressive and amazing!! Thank you!

I love Chewy. They are the best. I have never had better customer service in my life. They stayed on the phone with me to make sure my order was just the way I wanted it. Taylor Worley helped me and she was fantastic. I called because I could not get an item to add to my cart and she took care of it for me, finished placing the rest of my order and checked me out over the phone. She did not rush me at all and was so kind and knowledgeable. I say if you have not tried Chewy before give them a chance. It is worth it. :)

Chewy customer service has always been a fantastic experience for me. I recently contacted them about returning my cat’s prescription food because he hardly ate any of it before I needed to put him to sleep. The next day, I received flowers from Andy at Chewy and yes, I balled my eyes out. It was such a thoughtful and totally unexpected act of kindness.
