Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I was a fan until now. They can’t get my heart gaurd order correct. I’ve been charged and ordered it 2 weeks ago. Still not here. Called and they said they would send replacement, still not here. I’ve had to continually call every day to get this corrected. Getting pissed they can’t get this right.

Horrible. My auto ship was double billed and double shipped two months in a row. Called customer service twice was told didn’t happen. I have bank withdrawal and fedex tracking shows it did. Customer service very unhelpful. Also had items billed to my account I didn’t order. They did finally figure that out. I’m done

I had received an email that my autoship order for Revolution was about to ship. I called and explained that I needed to change the shipment date due to my oldest cat had passed. They changed the time period for me immediately. A few days later, I received a beautiful basket of mum flowers arranged in the shape of a puppy with a beautiful note from Chewy.com expressing condolence about the loss of my cat. On 2 other separate occasions, I tried to send a too small pet carrier back The recommended that I donate it to a local charity that I did. Also, I had mentioned a health issue one time. They kingly sent me a Chewy drinking mug and envelopes of special teas and honey hoping that I would feel better soon. I really appreciate Chewy's kindness. Very few companies would make such efforts today. Thank you Chewy for your kindnesses.

I am not one to write reviews, but I will never order our pet food/supplies from anywhere other than chewy if I can help it! We lost our sweet 14 year old lab a couple weeks back and had an unopened box of dog food. I messaged chewy to see if we could return it and they apologized for our loss and told us the refund had been issued and to donate it when we felt up to it. Not only that but just a few days later a beautiful flower bouquet showed up from our local market with a note from chewy. Amazing company that truly cares!

I recently removed my cat from my pets profile list at Chewy.com because she passed. When I did that, I was asked the reason why. I replied that my cat had passed. A week went by and I noticed I had received a refund from Chewy for some meds that I had purchased for my cat before she died. Chewy had quietly refunded that purchase on their own and without my request. I am blown away by the kind and thoughtful refund gesture made by Chewy. I have never seen such class and kindness from any merchant in all of my years on the planet. Thank you Chewy for your selfless kindness and genuine customer appreciation. I will never ever forget!

loyla customer for life. i received an incorrect shipment and spoke with a human in less than 30 seconds. the kind soul i spoke with was apologetic and immediately sent out the correct item. i will be donating the incorrect item to a cat lover over thanksgiving. wham - bam- thank you chewy.

I've had really generous experiences with chewy.com when I was given money back for a food my cat didn't like, and then donated it to the local shelter. So, I've been impressed and when I've called, most of the customer service people have been kind and understanding. Why I drop this from a 5 to 4 is because of the Black Friday sale where you save $30 for spending $100. However, it only applies to items they decide you save on. I find that to be a lapse in ethics and am not pleased. I get it-they probably can't put everything on sale, but if so, then be upfront about it and be honest.

They never have deals (even black Friday deals) for anything but cat's and dog's. It's absolutely ridiculous. Every coupon is for a cat or dog. Small and exotic pet's are far mor common than they apparently think. Disappointing for how much money I have spent with them.
