I have always found Chewy's customer service to be excellent. My orders always arrived in 1- 2 days. If I had any problems they were addressed right away. They are just super. My dog just passed away Nov. 26th, I let Chewy know, because I had an Auto-ship on order. I asked Alyssa to cancel my order and gave her the reason why. She immediately gave her sympathy for my dogs passing, and said she'd take care of it right away. On Tues. Nov. 30 I received a FTD floral arrangement with a sympathy card from Alyssa and Chewy. I cried all over again for their compassion and thoughtfulness. This is the best company I have ever dealt with for food, toys, rx's, beds etc. I will be a lifetime Chewy customer! (Not ready now but again in the future.) Thank You Chewy and Allyssa!!

I ha a issue with a order and refund. Not Chewys fault. Fed Ex lost the package. Chewy replaced the order and sent cat toys. So very nice of them.

My senior kitty was on prescription cat food, and they always contacted my vet when my prescription was down to 0 refills. I recently called them up to remove my kitty from my profile as she had passed away. I spoke to Brianna who expressed her sympathy for her death. She spoke with compassion & caring as she had lost pets as well. Imagine my surprise when I opened my door, yesterday (the next day after ny call), to see a floral delivery lady with a lovely bouquet of flowers from Brianna & Chewy. What a kind & thoughtful thing for her to do! I highly recommend this company.

I just had to call chewy customer service and granted it 7:38pm on a Wednesday (eastern time) and somebody answered immediately. I told them I only received one bag of cat litter which usually comes in a box with 3 bags. She sent out a replacement. Such an easy fix, I had to leave a review.

I recently lost my fur baby Isabel I had for 9yrs. Today is 2 weeks ago she passed away in my arms. I called chewy customer service about a purchase and told her about what happened she was so sweet and understanding. She helped me with my purchase but that’s not all. Today as I was going downstairs I heard the doorbell. It was a gentleman with a flower delivery for me with the most heartfelt note and very beautiful flowers. I wish I could post the pictures I took of them. Thank y’all so much. This really made my day.

I’ve been a long time customer of Chewy and was pleased with their auto ship options until recently. Constantly running out of product and charging me for the orders anyway. I had to go out of my way to figure out what was going on twice and my dogs have been out of food numerous times now because of their failure to get my orders out. The final straw was when I started a chat with customer service and the person was obviously giving me tons of attitude and had no intention of trying to help a long time customer. This company will fail to exist soon if they keep going about business in this way. You’ve lost a long time supporter and I won’t be sending anyone your way.

Outstanding customer service, excellent products, and great pricing. Throw in delivery and you have an excellent concept for pet owners. In my particular case they went way above good customer service and provided EXCELLENT customer service beyond what was expected. They have definitely earned all my future business!

I was a customer of Chewy for many years. Their customer service always went out of the way to help with any questions I had or when I by mistake ordered the wrong item... The day before Thanksgiving we lost our last fur baby. They could not have been nicer when I called to cancel my auto subscription. Two days later Lisa from Chewy sent us flowers. They also did this in the Spring when we lost her sister. The flowers we just received proved Chewy is a caring and compassionate company. We are no longer a customer and they still showed their compassion to us.
