I have a very nice experience with Chewy's return. I request to return dog training remote, Chewy responded me next day and refunded me without asking me to return the remote. Instead, Chewy suggested me to donate it to the local shelter or rescue. Thanks Chewy's great customer service and kindness!

Not a review of a product but they sent me a surprise gift this year in the mail. It was a painting of my dog on a canvas along with a handwritten letter. Honestly made my whole day and I wish I could tell the artist themselves how much I appreciated the sentiment. Thank you Chewy :)

Log-time customer who had order cancelled, unless I verified it? Been ordering for quite awhile. Could not remember exact card used (like a lot of us - use a few interchangeably). So very important medication was not sent as order officially cancelled. Had to go with PetMeds, but service is better.

I’ve had the app Chewy for a while. Best app for any type of pets you could imagine. The best part is that not only can you shop for any animal products but you get birthday and holiday written letters it’s honestly very sweet thank you chewy for the great letters and your service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried to order an insulated Dog House. Added the item to my cart, check out, "paid" for it and thought that was that, pretty standard stuff. Two days later, I get notified that my order was going to be late, which, while frustrating, is what it is. Not that big of a deal. THEN, I get an email that says I need to Verify my Order and to call Chewy.com. What is this? Why? I call them and I get told they are just making sure my account wasn't hacked. Why would they not have done this BEFORE I got an order number and tracking? I even used PayPal to pay for it. Long story short. I won't get a doghouse in time and I have since cancelled my order that still actually isn't an order. Very unimpressed. This was my first and last experience with them. Order #1129406156 to verify I am in fact a real person. I'd say customer but that didn't work out.

I typically only send reviews if the company was either outstanding or flat out terrible. Chewy is definitely the former! We've been buying online from Chewy for many yrs! Order approx once a month and only once did a box of treats came damaged. They immediately sent a new box, no questions asked. They actually answer the phone w/out the typical "due to high call volume BS, " and They speak English!! Love this Company! Well run!!
