I ordered a crate from Chewy that fed ex did not deliver when they said they did. Chewy was amazing at giving a refund and working with me. I would order again as they have well trained customer service even when there is a problem. Fed ex did eventually bring the crate in an old unmarked car(sketchy). When I called chewy to say it finally arrived and offered to pay for it they said I could keep it for free. Fed ex is awful but Chewy is so professional.

Fed up with these guys. I have auto ship, so you expect regularity, right? No! When they run out, they just don't ship. You have to go to the site to find out that the reason you're out of dog food is these guys are out! Oh darn! I guess my dog can just wait? Or I can just race out and try to find something for her. Thanks bunches! 3rd time. I'm done.

Love doing business with Chewy. Friendly and helpful customer service, lots of products with great prices and they ship very quickly. Best of all is they pack the boxes on an expert level unlike that online retailer that begins with 'A' where you hope the tape didn't fall off and lose some of your products during shipping. A+

Our monthly dogfood subscription got damaged upon delivery. I called Chewy and Jordan was able to send us another bag at no cost. Awesome customer service. Thanks Chewy!

I have a multi cat home. I purchase 40 pound bags of litter. MULTIPLE times I've received smashed cat treats, broken cat food bags etc. Its almost like their Warehouse can't understand that items that can be damaged shouldn't be packed with the 40pound bag of litter.....Like, my cats like to eat treats, not snort the powder because they were smashed. Of course they apologize, yes they reship, but NOPE....I'm done, especially since they actually said they filed a complaint with Fed Ex. Like, Ya'll, its not fed ex, its your warehouse. I'm using PetSmart now.

I would like to leave a 5 🌟 review. Especially for a woman named Erin and chewy. Not only are they very passionate about helping out with any problems you may have. They also care about your family too. I was talking to Erin while she was helping me with the issue I had. I had told her how my son was killed last week. She was very kind and sent prayers for my family .she listened to everything i was saying and didnt try to get me off the phone.I really want to thank them and her especially for her help and support along with prayers. I dont know how many people or even a company would be so thoughtful .A few days later I came home from work and found a box on my front porch. It had beautiful flowers inside and a gift card of 100$ for naked wine. Erin and Chewy really do care about your animals and your family. So thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ it meant so much to me and my family. Ya'll are the best. I pray God Will bless you and every one there. I am nothing but a stranger to yall and you cared enough to send a gift. There's not many people or company's out there that would do what Erin and Chewy had done. Love, Valorie Fox

I sent some over-the-counter medication back to Chewy via FedEx. Chewy provided the label and contacted FedEx for the pickup. FedEx picked up the package and Chewy has acknowledged that. Yet, they will not reimburse me for the medication I sent back. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I thought Chewy was better than this. Please Chewy- REFUND MY MONEY!!!
