Beware!!!!! The buy 3 get 1 free is extremely deceptive!! You are not buying 3 of an item and getting one free. If you buy several of the items @ the promo buy 3 get 1 free you are only going to get one item off the entire order. I placed an order for 5 items of the buy 3 get 1 free. I bought 3 of each item and should have gotten one item free for each. But that's not the way it works. You are only going to get one item free.

I've only tried to order once from this company and I'm so disappointed since I was thinking this would become my go-to company. Ordered flea treatment for my sister kittens, but the order was canceled because my vet (who has very limited hours) didn't send the approval in time. But he DID send the approval. So I called again and explained that the vet has limited hours and it's just not convenient to wait for them to approve again, asked if they could apply the approval he already sent to a new order. Customer service told me yes, fine, they can change it and I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if this was going to happen again and they said no, it should go through just fine now. STILL never shipped and now I am looking at ANOTHER canceled order. I think the associates get so many calls that they just don't care whether what they are telling you is even correct or not. So here I am STILL sitting here with no flea treatment which I originally ordered over a month ago.

This people are morons charged me 3 times and.never got my order they won't even send a replacement they are pathetic and rude Don t buy from them they are thieves this was my first and last order Chewy sucks !!! Should be closed down stupid ass people

Last week, our precious Maltese Macie, went to doggie heaven. Over the years when dealing with Chewy, we have received outstanding customer service every time we contacted the company for any reason. Earlier this week, my wife contacted Chewy and asked to be removed from the mailing list due to the loss of our precious baby girl. When we got home that afternoon, there was a flower arrangement waiting for us on the front door step and they were from Chewy. Who does that these days? What company out there gives such great customer care? The answer, almost no one. We will never have another pet as the loss of one so precious is just too heartbreaking. But, we would be tempted to get another on just to have the opportunity to do business with Chewy again. Thank you Chewy for your service and outstanding customer care.

I have used Chewy for dog food and supplies for years with good results. Recently, my vet approved a prescription for an equine medication for my dog (same formula, much lower cost). Chewy took the order and then cancelled it, despite my vet's approval for the drug. I called Chewy and they agreed to ship it since they did have an approval. The next day, the order was cancelled again because the Chewy pharmacy did not feel the substitution was 'medically necessary.' So, the Chewy pharmacist refused to comply with my vet's request and would not send the medication. Meanwhile, this has been going on for a week and I now have to pay top dollar elsewhere to get the dog's medication here in time for the next dose. I am done... all autoship orders cancelled and equine medication ordered/shipped from 1800PetMeds without any issues.

I would not give this app or company a 1 star rating at all if it didn’t force me to. The customer service sucks and sounds extremely helpful, but really it’s just a bunch of acting. You can’t even call them with out being asked for email name and number. And the auto shipment’s come like every week with huge boxes of things we didn’t order. Even tho I canceled auto ship and called them 7 to 8 times about this situation, It still ships and charges my card. The common scam used by them is blaming you basically. And still they take your money. I am officially done chewy. I wish I never opened that first mail letter and failed for your scam.

I used to really like Chewy. However, I stopped for my dog's prescriptions due to no coupons etc. like others do. I do buy food, toys and stuff from them. Plus I'm the most understanding person out there. Shipping times longer, black Friday etc but my experience is unacceptable. I purchased about 15 things from Chewy after Cyber Monday. Shipped relatively fast but in 3 separate orders. First order made it in about 5-6 days (don't advertise 1-3 day if you can't just saying) but the second shipment came 8 days layer and missing 5 things out of a giant box. It has 3 tiny cat toys in a huge box! I chatted with with 2 people who disconnected with me without even explaining what will happen or did happen. They said the 3rd package was lost too. Knowing I had a lot of stuff to send to relatives, I had to go out to buy everything at the store. On the third customer service representative was rude, disinterested in helping, just blah. They didn't give a rats behind the issues I was having. After supposedly reordering the missing items, they resent the items I already received. I even listed them myself by item number 2x and still got duplicate items. Then by the third call, I was told the third shipment was not lost but sitting in a nearby state for 4 days not moving is all. Not sure how ANY of this is acceptable but it's not to me. Never EVER using this place again!!!!! I didn't ask for a job I'm not getting paid for!

Double send stuff, at higher cost, then lies when they said they would put in a return with FedEx. Then not only blamed me for their screwup, was sexually inappropriate asking if I wanted him to rub my belly and other things.
