Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I have been ordering from Chewy for a long time now! EVERY!!! time I have called I have recieved the best customer service I’ve ever had from a company.. they are polite, knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful.. I applaud you!! in a world where people don’t care about their jobs anymore! It’s always a pleasant experience everytime!! Thank You!! Javone Zimmer!!😁

I understand that Covid has made everything more difficult but the last two years have been nothing but incorrect orders, missing orders, canceled orders and my dog not getting her medication on time on a regular basis. I'm not ordering toys I'm ordering meds and they can't get the orders correct. I never leave reviews but this is my dogs health they are screwing around with and I can't trust them to do their job properly anymore. Heading back to 1-800-petmeds. Don't use chewy for anything important because they will screw it up.

Reprehensible service by Chewy pharmacy. 3 weeks to get Heart Guard. 8 promised delivery dates; order cancelled three times . No proactive efforts by pharmacy nor Chewy. TS attitude. “Not my job, it’ ‘s Fedex not us”. Asked for management no… just pharmacy “manager” i.e. fox in chicken coop. Asked for management to call; no call. 14 hours on phone in three weeks chasing this. “Service’ is a anathema to Chewy. Joel Walton j walton

Update to my last review. Had to call about my refund after returning 9 months supply of Nexgard and 70+ pills Carprophen, they were only going to refund me for 3 months of the Nexgard and nothing else. Told them I was told I would get a refund for all of it! So Mike said he would give a total refund. Received a text a couple of days ago telling me to return the merchandise! It had already been returned about a 2 weeks ago! I don't understand! Will give another update when and if it gets resolved. This is so irritating! Gave a great review previously because I believed what I was told but that didn't happen as yet!

I await FedEx delivery of Chewy order shipped 12/9; it has been out for delivery 4 times. Chewy kindly offered a replacement and partial refund due to delay. Now that order due 12/17 has been out for delivery twice - maybe will come today; just in case it doesn't need to go buy locally. The issue is with FedEx out of 1/2 locations in GA where I've had poor delivery experiences before.

Had nothing but trouble getting my monthly autoship orders. I call, I send emails they promise over and over a delivery within 1 to 3 days. I placed my order on December 14th, after twice being promised a delivery they now tell me it can't get here till after Christmas. Terrible customer service! I will never deal with them again.

I recently purchased 12 bags of hypoalegentic dog treats and I opened all of them to find that they all are baked so dark and they are so hard I can’t even break them I have 4 senior dogs which these make very hard for them to eat and I can’t even break them up for them I’m very disappointed I’ve never had this issue before and I don’t have too many choices with treats for my dogs as they have allergies .

I'm really impressed with and appreciative of the service I received from Darby at Chewy today. I had a package delivered by FedEx, and the litter had busted open and was all over the box, while the box of treats was completely crushed with the lickable treats all over the box. Darby immediately offered to send me new ones without questioning or doubting me at all. I am sending them the photos so they can see how things are packed (but it's not required), but I just appreciate the level of trust and how quickly she was willing to help me. Darby was super friendly and professional, and I've shared this with all of my friends on social media, as well. Anyone who has pets would do well to use Chewy.com.
