How in the world are you going to give me a discount for auto ship for a six-month Supply product, and then charge my account six weeks after for another 6 months Supply. I despise online shopping and I despise your company now. You will not refund me because you've already sent the product out in the wee hours between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. when you thought nobody was going to catch it. Now two weeks after heart surgery and a heart attack I can't work for another 6 weeks and you've taken $150 of my GoFundMe money to help me survive. I will never buy another product from you again!

Horrible service especially the Rx they don’t want to do their job and I have to deal with Fedex delayed deliveries every month!

I need to acknowledge how amazing it is that, instead of having me send back the product I needed to return, they asked to donate it to a local shelter or rescue. I work at a humane society. The community keeps us feeding the animals, providing them with necessities and the comfort they need. The value of these donations are priceless. Thank you Chewy. Had been using them for about a year now. Delivery is usually very quick and good selection of products. That was then. Ordered kitten food- they sent adult food. Emailed customer support and they sent a replacement. However they sent the same adult food. Called customer support and told them they still got it wrong. They confirmed that I ordered kitten food and then insisted that they sent kitten food. They refused my offer to send a photo or the product back. At that point the offered me the option of reordering at my expense. At that point I canceled my three auto ship orders and deleted my account. There are lots of pet food vendors around that will admit they have a problem and the integrity to fix it. Chewy is not one of them.

Have been ordering from Chewy for several years. If there has even been a issue, they have always made it right. When I called to return 36 cans of food my diabetic dog has decided he doesn't want to eat any more. They refunded my money and asked me to donate it. (My local animal shelter put it to good use). They have always been wonderful.

I ordered the wrong splint for my cat and didn't realize till I received the package. I called them, told them that I made the mistake and they said "Please donate it to a local shelter. We will send you the correct one at no charge". This is an amazing company.

Thank you chewy for awesome customer service. Long story short got a cat tree that was missing hardware to put it together and they are sending a replacement free of charge and told me to donate the one I have to an animal rescue
