I was only using chewy.com for less than 4 months when our dog passed. We had just ordered large bags of dog food that remained unopened. When inquiring about sending them back (due to our circumstances) Chewy gave me a full refund AND the service agent sent us condolences in the form of flowers within one day! Truly the best service and when we get another dog we will use them again.

Multiple times where autoship dog food was delayed and i had to buy an extra bag of dog food from the local store so my dogs could be fed. Was told that the most recent order was delayed because of the holidays and that i should have expected that. Also was told that autoship is not a vip service and i wont get orders faster. I explained that i dont want the order faster, but rather on time. I was told i was understood but today, i still need to go buy a bag of dog food from elsewhere. We have three dogs in a rural area and having an autoship delivery would be crucial... if it worked.

Will never use another pet store! I have an autoship order for my dog's food once a month. My package didnt arrive on time and it was showing stuck in transit. I reached out to the Chewy team and they so kindly delivered a new package free of charge and apologized profusely for the situation which was not even their fault. So thankful for such a great company!

Chewy only uses FedEx to deliver. My delivery experiences have been absolutely abysmal-- FedEx recently left a 50-lb package of chicken food ON TOP of a six-foot tall concrete pillar. I can't get it down and it's been raining for two days. Chewy won't help me.

I just had to leave a review after my wonderful experience. My cat has severe kidney issues, it’s been an utter roller coaster trying to find the correct food for him. I’ve spent and lost so much money desperately trying to find the right things for his care. I bought hills prescription food, and he was on it for about three months, it started making him super sick out of nowhere, and my vet told me to stop giving him it ASAP. So I emailed chewy, expecting them to have me send it back and pay shipping, but they without hesitation refunded me my 90$ and told me to donate the food immediately. That’s a pricy food, and they graciously allowed me to donate it instead of sending it back like any other company would have asked . Thank you chewy for having the right ideals in mind and actually caring about the animals in need. And thank you, for saving me 90$ to put toward future care for my beloved OJ.
