Recently my cat, Hercules passed away, & my heart was very sad & full of grief. I made a call to Chewy to check on my order & spoke with Nicole. After our conversation, the next day, I received a bouquet of the most beautiful arrangement of white carnation & a card that read: We are so sorry to hear of your loss & our hearts go out to you! Love Nicole from Chewy. My heart was deeply touched from the kindness of this!!! Thank you Chewy!!!!!

My orders having been preparing for shipment for days on 2 different orders. Customer service keeps assuring me it will ship by the end of the day but never does.

I had been using chewy for over a year and it was great and then an auto-ship placed an order 3 weeks too early and it was delivered. I then had to wait until the $200+ order with all of my dogs medicines arrived to return them and for them to even process a refund. This process took me 4 phone calls, 3 transfers to managers and supervisors because of errors on Chewy’s end, an accumulated 2 hours of my time over a period of a holiday week and beginning of the month. An inconvenient drive to FedEx and customer service saying they started a refund 5 days prior to them actually starting the refund process. The fact I received nothing for the auto ship error and the time and frustration I spent with this I suspended/deactivated everything, which will further cause me more inconvenience not having delivery. I would advise everyone that uses Chewy to never use there auto ship and watch out for every transaction. For such a large company you would think they would have better ways to manage issues like this.

I ordered Insulin & syringes again for my dog on Dec. 18th. I called them to find out where my order was on Dec. 22. They blamed my vet for the delay (vet gave them 90 day script) I cancelled the order (#1136346591) not once, not twice but three times. (they said to refuse shipment) I received notification today that my order shipped today and they withdrew $77 from my account. I will start supporting my brick & mortar stores. To think a company who is in the pet business would take 17 days to ship "life saving medicine" for a pet is unacceptable. Support your local stores please, they give jobs to your local friends, families and students.

I bought a “dog gate” from Chewy.com. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe it. What I paid nearly $40 for is a cheaply made light wooden accordion gate, barely held together with brad nails. Don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately, their service has declined tremendously over the last few months. If you need your food, do not believe the 1-3 days advertised on the site. More like 5-7 days minimum. Items also sit for several days (this time 4 days) and apparently are not investigated as to why. The "customer service" offered is minimal at best.

I love love this place they have always been very helpful very nice and you dont see customer service like this now days. They take there time with me and my order. And return it no questions asked. I have been with them a few years and spent alot of money and will continue to stay with them. I just want people to know that they treat you on the phone like family and not a number or just a voice on the other end. They go over and beyond the help they give. And if I cant find what i am looking for she says lets find it together. I like that because half the time if i am with another company I feel that they leave me to find the items I am having problems with by myself. Chewy is a lifesaver.

Since signing up for Chewy.com I have had a few opportunities to work with the customer service department. Their people have without fail been the best. Each person has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and has really gone the extra mile. I've been surprised by the extra effort their people routinely give to ensure I've gotten the answers I was looking for or to make sure that the solution they offered was completely satisfactory. Every time I've actually found the response to be more than I'd hoped for. They really do an exemplary job, I wish every company would follow their example. I've found the website easy to navigate to find the items I am looking for. The speed of delivery has been quite good. The Autoship feature is really easy to manage, so changing ship dates and adding or removing items is a breeze. I whole-heartedly recommend Chewy.com
