I order something from there because it'd take between '1-3 days for delivery'. I get my order confirmation only to discover that I will receive it in 7 days. I saw one idiot 'Karen' defender ( Jon Krajenka ) of chewy.com saying you have to blame the delivery service for the delay not Chewy.com. Well, if that's the case then Chewy.com should notate that or don't claim '1-3 days for delivery'. I could've easily gone to a nearby Walmart up the street.. There's always a Karen..

I finally got around to returning an item to Chewy purchased in late November. I called and after a few rings a live voice answered. What? No phone menu? No guessing my reason for calling? I don’t remember the last time a big company simply answers the phone and resolves the issue immediately. Then they were able to do the return no problem. I have new faith in online companies. Thanks Chewy for a great customer experience!

First of all, I see a lot of people are blaming Chewy for their orders being delayed or lost. This blame is not directed appropriately, in my opinion. The post office, UPS, and Fed Ex are all having difficulty getting packages and mail out in a timely manner, whether it be weather or lack of employees. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Chewy and, in my opinion, they have the greatest customer service. In this "covid" world, I place my orders at least 2 weeks before I actually need them just in case the delivery system is slow.

Been using chewy for as long as I can remember. Never had any problems but today they lost a very valuable customer!! I submitted an order on Dec 22, 2021 and it is now Jan 11th and I haven’t received my order. I repurchased it just because I needed soft senior food. I called chewy and spoke to a manager named Kat. I provided her with a order# and all the info I needed and I’m being called a liar and told I never ordered the item!! I informed them on my app I can prove food was ordered and my bank account that money was withdrawn!! Still refused to help me!! I have 5 dogs,1 squirrel, 2 bearded dragons, 2 leopard geckos, and a ton of fish. Needless to say how I was treated on this call Chewy lost my business!! I DO NOT deserve to be treated and accused of lying when I had all the proof!! Horrible customer service and because how KAT the manager treated me I am forced to leave this review.

This has been the most amazing customer service experience I have ever had. My package was sent to the wrong address (twice) and they replaced it for the 2nd time and helped me through the entire process of updating everything so it doesn’t happen again. They were personable and willing to make the changes and send out another replacement package immediately!

I want to send a special thank you to David at Chewy and to the entire Chewy staff to be honest. We just said goodbye to our sweet boy, Kirby last week. And we are so broken hearted and have been having such a hard time that when we received a delivery of flowers today...from Chewy.com, not only were we touched but surprised by such a sentimental token. Chewy.com took such great care of our boys deliveries...from the medical orders to the delivery of their food & toys. I will NEVER use another service...Chewy.com!

Chewy.com is excellent. They have the best food, their service is fast and if there's a problem they are right there to fix it. We would definitely give them Five Stars!!!
