Chewy has been one of my lifelines during the isolation of the past 2 years! The cases of Izzy’s favorite food are delivered right to my doorstep. One time I ordered a selection of different flavors/meats used as the topper for the food kibble. The beef ones made her stomach act up & changed her stool. I called-they refunded the entire box! I donated the half case of beef ones to the shelter. Quick delivery on Autoship, too. I throw in a cute T-shirt for Birthday and & holidays!

I wanted to thank Chewy!! We lost our beloved dog last Tuesday 1/11/22. I chose to contact their online vet. support because I still had questions and didn't want to wait for our primary vet. to call us back. I ended up speaking to Dr. Summer to get more information. Dr. Summer was amazing! She was so understanding and supportive. She was able to calm me down and talk. I got off the phone feeling like someone understood the pain I was going through and really wanted to help me get through it. Today, 1/20 I received rose's with a lovely letter saying sorry for your loss. Dr. Summer and Chewy went over the top! I'm so appreciative ❤ and thankful for your kindness.

I just lost my beloved River on January 13th 2022 and 2 years ago in January I lost my beloved 💔 Max. A day after I sent River over the rainbow 🌈 bridge I notified Chewy to remove River from our account because of his passing. The next day to my surprise they sent me beautiful flowers and a sympathy card. In my sadness I was so pleased to see a company send me condolences for my beloved River 💔 😢. I highly recommend Chewy as their pet go to place. They sincerely care.❤ Thank you again Chewy 💓

We have made purchases on line at least 3 times that can’t be stopped. They keep sending over and over. At one time we had 8 buckets of cat litter and had to close that account... it’s started again on the new account.

I always loved chewy, I never had an issue. From returns, Customer services and getting my orders fast. But, today in the mail I received a cute painting of my great dane it was such a sweet surprise. They go above and beyond for thier customers.

My family recently lost our rabbit( babybugs) of 7 years on January 13th, 2022. I explained that she passed and needed to return food I had just purchased. They were very understanding and refunded my purchase. The next day I received flowers. I want to thank Karina and the whole Chewy family for being sympathetic to my family.

I have been a customer of Chewy.com for two generations of my dogs. I was touched by the act of kindness by Demaris the customer service representative that answered the phone. I called to ask about returning products that I ordered because my 16 year old Westie passed.The kindness & compassion that was shown by Demaris was above & beyond anything I ever expected. She refunded the items immediately and kept telling me how sorry she was about my loss. Unbelievably and incredibly a few days later I received flowers. I was shocked when they were from Demaris at Chewy.com. This is an amazing example of extraordinary Customer Service and compassion. Kudos to Demaris & Chewy.com .

I really enjoy using Chewy for several years but I the shipping time is ridiculous cause they use FedEx. No way have I ever gotten a 2 business day delivery because FedEx always delays the packages for over a week to 2 weeks or longer. I nor my pets cant wait this long for food shipments so I have to use Amazon until Chewy wakes up and uses a reliable delivery courier or give us options to refuse shipping thru FedEx. Dont believe the shipping lies youll be waiting forever watching Fedex send your packages back and forth across the USA just passing right on by your state with no delivey date in site.
