Chewy is great, but will never order sgain unless they stop using fedex for delivery. I’ve had more orders than I can count either lost, late or received mangled. Unbelievable that they continue to use this carrier.

Chewy cancelled an auto ship order for a medication for my senior dog. I just got off the phone with a customer service representative where I was trying to get an explanation for what happened. The whole thing was beyond frustrating and there was little effort to help. I was told to go in and place a new order. I had heard rave reviews about Chewy's customer service in past years. All I can say is - no more. Update.. after sending an email complaint to Chewy, I was offered an apology for the mix-up and given a discount on the order. My review was probably too harsh.

Our dog has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and the only treatment is a prescription diet. We ordered it from Chewy and requested priority shipping. Yesterday they sent us an email that it would come a day late. Today the shipper claims they left it "on our porch" but we haven't gotten anything. In the meanwhile our dog is starving.

I had a recurring order for pill pockets and an expensive medication for Cushings disease for my sweet boy. I was already more than happy with Chewy's discount prices and timeliness each and every month. When my sweet boy passed away, not only did Chewy cancel and refund the order that had just been processed, they also encouraged that I give any left over medication to the vet or shelter. As if that wasn't enough, I even received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the most thoughtful note of condolence and love from someone named Allison. It was the sweetest and kindest gesture, and so unexpected. It has certainly made me a customer for life, as I doubt I will ever be able to be without a fur baby in this lifetime. Thank you so much Chewy, for your wonderful customer service and your sincere love and appreciation for animals and their families. God bless you all.

My 12 year old dog recently passed away. I had just ordered his new pain med refill from the Chewy pharmacy. It was costly and I contacted them to see if I could return the prescription since it was unopened. They returned my money in full plus asked me to donate the meds to a shelter. A few days later I recieved a large bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card for the loss of my sweet dog. Just wow Chewy, thank you so much!!!

I LOVE Chewy! They have a great assortment of products online, really good sales, their shipping is super fast and they have world class customer service. I have been a chewy customer for 5 years with monthly orders and highly recommend them to every pet owner. I have not ever had an exceptional experience.

Wow, Chewy really has the best customer service! I messed up an order and thought I’d just be out the money. Nope, Chewy made it right without even asking them to, once they knew what I’d done. I don’t think that’s ever happened to me before and I’m now a loyal customer and fan.

Top notch customer service. You can’t get better. All other companies could learn from chewy.com. The representatives are the sweetest, the shipping is fast and perfect. Communication is A+. There is no better company I’ve ever dealt with in my lifetime than Chewy! We love their representatives!
