Chewy has improved greatly! They now use ups and I get my items on time! Please don't ever go back to FedEx

My very first order was at least 90 dollars, and I placed the order with plenty of time before I had to buy food. I received 2 of 3 shipments on time. However, I never received it. After about 3 business days, the order had still not arrived. When I called, the customer service rep was on the phone for about 30 min. to correct the order. She found nothing wrong on our end, but that they just didn't deliver it. 3 more days later, I have called again and cancelled this and my membership. The fella I spoke with today cared nothing about saving me as a customer and never apologized for the company's mistake. I will never recommend this company!

Just received a shipment from chewy. Probably an error on my part on the auto shipment. I called to request a return and refund. The refund was immediately granted and they informed me to donate the food. WOW! I'll definitely be retaining my account with them. Great customer service!

Chewy is a wonderful store to satisfy you or your pets needs! Customer service is truly amazing! This online service my son introduced me to, for his dog that he rescued and I rescued one other best friend for myself! Chewy has quite a selection of toys, food, bedding, crates, collars, lead’s and leashes! Things for change in weather conditions and celebration for holidays! Even items you want for yourself to display your best friends/your new edition! They have a pharmacy that can provide medication or answer questions in regards to your pet’s needs. Chewy is my number one pet store! As long as I have Gus, I’ll continue with Chewy.com! I highly recommend them to just about anyone who has a pet (whether it’s a gerbil or a horse, dog or cat) they care about you and your Pets needs & wants! Very kind, compassionate, caring, nurturing, patient TEAM!

Our 17 year old toy poodle recently passes away and I called Chewy to return an unopened case of prescription dog food so that it could be used by another dog. The Chewy customer service rep was very understanding and very helpful. She gave me a refund for the food and told me to donate the food locally. We brought the food to the local humane society. Then, a few days later, flowers were delivered from Chewy. That was a very thoughtful action. Chewy should be commended for their wonderful customer service.

We received a cat condo recently that came with bed bugs that we saw come out of the box. Chewy is refused to fix the bed bug infestation even after sending multiple pictures. They caused the bed bug problem shouldnt they fix their problem. This just proves chewy doesn't take responsibility or care about their customers. Now they are taking down my reviews because they don't want to lose business

My dog has recently passed and I had an auto shipment come in that I was never able to use. So not only to Chewy give me a refund but they also sent me flowers! I talked to Racquel and she was so helpful and nice, also she was the one that chose these flowers for me... I love Chewy so much for everything they do.

My beautiful siamese cat of 14 years died on a day Chewy delivered my auto order. Heartbroken, I called and talked with Kimberly who sympathetically listened to my sad story, refunded the unopened order and cancelled future ones. I was impressed with such kindness and generosity, but quite overwhelmed when I received flowers and a sympathy note from Kimberly and Chewy. They are a company that goes way over the required business model and are one with a heart. Thank you Chewy - and Kimberly.
