I've been using chewy for a while now but for the past year I've been disappointed. It's always late or the package is damaged. They said my order would be delivered at a certain date and that it was at the facility about 20 minutes from my house but because of bad weather it will be delayed. So the weather was too bad to deliver it to my house but not bad enough to move it to the next state?!!

I don't know what is going on with them all of a sudden, but I have been ordering from them for some time auto ship. They contact you to see if you need to change your order and instead of just letting me change the order it orders that date. I set up a chat and I am told everything is good the order has canceled, and I am billed behind my back anyway. I have eliminated my auto ship and anything I was getting from Chewy that I can now order elsewhere I will.

I have to say Chewy is an amazing company. We had our dog food delivered through the auto ship, which is super handy. Jacqueline went above and beyond at a time that was super hard for us. We had to put our dog down, and I had called to cancel our auto ship and let her know what happened. She was very sweet, she refunded me for the food we had leftover and she insisted we donate it. Then we get flowers delivered a few days later. I have to say all those sweet kind gestures is highly appreciated!!!! Thank you guys again for being awesome people!

My husband and I have adopted a little stray cat we found. Poor little thing needed a family. This is the second kitten we have adopted. Chewey had everything we needed at the right price for our new kitten and older cat. Packages arrived on time. Love the quality! We also enjoy buying the kitty grass kits! So easy to plant the kitty grass. Our two cats just love eating the kitty grass and its so good for them! Of course, we needed a litter box for our new little cat and Chewey had just what we wanted and it arrived the next day. What can we say other than We Love Chewy!

Chewy is simply the best! The few times I have had to reach out and contact them, to fix an issue with billing or subscription......they have been nothing but professional, never hesitate to make it right, and are extremely personable. Thank you Chewy.com. You are a Unicorn. Ps. Judith in South FL is the best...j/s.

Chewy must have known I had some very sick fish. I placed my order of fish antibiotics around 6pm on Jan. 29th. Chewy notified me around 10pm(the same day)that my order had shipped. I received my order today Jan.31st around 12pm. Wasn't supposed to be here till Wednesday. Thank you, Chewy! You will be my first stop from now own. Marylin

We are barely brand new customers. We had heard of Chewy from others that we know, others who have been satisfied with their service, product choices and delivery choices. When our vet told us that our cat needed to be on a prescription diet, we weren't sure where to turn. She said that Chewy tended to be a good source for this special pet food. Knowing others had good experiences AND the vet suggesting them, we thought we'd give them a try. Since we move frequently, Chewy seemed a good option for us, one that would allow us to simply change our address as the need arose without having to return to the vet with each move to get another prescription written up. This having been said, we decided to give Chewy a try. After talking with customer service (who was very nice and seemingly competent), we followed their instructions, including the email address we needed to send the prescription to for verification. Imagine my surprise when I received an email stating that their mailbox was full and can't accept messages right now! Really?! What kind of way is this to run a business? We are distinctly unimpressed with their business model at this stage and will need to seek a solution for our needs elsewhere. After reading the reviews of other customers who are also having issues with either Chewy directly or else the method of shipping, perhaps it's good that we have only experienced this little frustration.

We've been on auto ship for awhile now but after 3 months of them trying to bill us for full order. An seeing that only half is being shipped was enough. We quit them. They kept saying back ordered will ship it next time. If you can't ship the cat food I don't want my cat treats he can't live on treats
