I am very happy ordering from Chewy.com. I don't drive and have to depend on others to get groceries. I am 86 and do not go out often. The convenience of having pet food delivered is wonderful. I don't save a lot of money but do save some. When I call I get to talk to a real live person and never have I been put on hold. Ordering on line is easy and I can check what I ordered on previous orders. The "real people" that I have spoken to are very helpful and pleasant

Good pricing, always have amazing customer service, easy to use auto ship feature for repurchase type items, and fast shipping. Used them for years never had any issues. Super sweet will send you holiday card and quick responses to any questions or concerns

If u want ure dog to starve to death use chewy. They rarely deliver on time. Overpriced. Go to shop like a normal person and put money in honest pet shop owners pockets this place is just terrible full stop. Complete garbage never ship on time

Used pharmacy to purchase 90 day supply revolution plus 3 viles. When to use last vile yesterday and vile is defective. Pharmacy will not help me citing a 30 day return policy they say is posted but is not! Manager to call me back last night but did not! Buyer beware. Will not use Chewy again.

The best source of food for our dog who had specific needs and a special diet. They were fast and helpful. When we had to say goodbye to our dog we canceled our food orders and they were so kind to send flowers and a card for support of our loss. It was such a kind gesture that we didn't expect to come from a company. Thanks Chewy! Highly recommend!

Upd: the issue got resolved after I published it in Instagram I used their services previously and was happy enough to come back. This year I wanted to fulfill my stock and went to the site. The food I buy for my cat is intended for cats with health issues and since the start of the pandemic it has not been available in my country. I happened to come at a time when they had a special discount which I used successfully. I was happy to notify some of my friends and family members about the offer as some of them are dealing with health issues as well like with pancreas or allergy. My mom registered her own account and placed and order, indicating the address of a mail forwarder, which was the one I indicated too - a DHL partner in order to deliver to Europe. What they did was block my account as well as that of my mom, thinking that we’re are misusing the offer which enables you to buy three packages per person. Reaching customer support did not help. Shameful behavior. Thank god Amazon had it. Otherwise the situation would have been dire as I don’t have American card to be able to buy it anywhere.
