I had a Chewy account since 2013. Each month I spent anywhere between $200-$600+ for one cat. Yes, one cat. He ate enough for 4 dogs and stayed at the slim weight of 7-8lbs. Yes, he was on thyroid meds and it was all balanced out but he still ate like a pig. Sadly, after 16 years, I had to put him down. I let Chewy know and they didn't even say "Thank you for all your years." No card, no "screw off", no communication. I let the know twice, so it's not like they didn't get the message. For years I heard people telling me they got wonderful bouquets from Chewy even if they only used them for one or two months, when their pet passed. It was such a personal slap in the face from this company. Obviously they pick and choose their favorite customers, not necessary the ones that spend a lot and are loyal for years.

I lost my pet and in a brief conversation with a chewey pet rep over an autoship request she asked about my pet since I had not ordered any recent meds. I told her the animal had passed and in about a week a dozen roses showed up at my door with a note from Chewey saying they realized how hard it is to lose a pet and how sorry they were. AMAZING!! I am so grateful and touched.

I don't know what's going on there, but Chewy's pharmacy service has gone down the toilet. We used to love them but in the last 6-9 months we have had multiple problems with orders. This last order was the worst and the last straw for us. I placed an order on 1/25/22 and still have not received it. I've spoken to multiple line staff, 4 supervisors and today a manager. They have all repeatedly told me different things. Most recently a supervisor said they would send a replacement order for the things I never received. The manager now told me they can't do that. Supposedly my money is being refunded but that doesn't change the fact that my dog STILL does not have needed medication.

I can't believe how wonderful this company is. My dog passed Sunday got a chewy box on Monday (auto delivery) called and they credited me back immediately told me to donate the food and then today got flowers delivered with a condolence note. How special is that. my business forever!

I placed order for revolution for my dog and Chewy kept calling my old vet for updated prescription until the product was on back order I eventually cancelled my order and all future business. they offer a one time good price but not worth the headache or at cost of your pets health many other options with much better service

Since Chewy.com uses FedEx as a delivery service, I will no longer be ordering prescription dog food from them. FedEx consistently delays my deliveries. Every month that I order prescription dog food, I go through a great deal of stress because of FedEx incompetence, inefficiencies, and ineffectiveness. Ordering dog food online should not be stressful every time I order.

I used to love Chewy, but can no longer say that. I have had to return or replace a few items in the last few months (I operate a dog business, so I am buying a LOT of products) and the customer service will argue with you now about refunds/returns. I never had this experience before the last year. I used to be told to donate treats to rescues, etc. and now they either wont accept a return, or it turns into a whole argument to initiate a return. I received chews today that were not quality at all, and CS asked for images. I send them images, and they send me images back saying they look like the product images... which they didn't. After dealing with a very snappy CS agent, they finally decided I can just send them back. Big yikes, Chewy. What has happened to your customer support?

Website is always under construction. For the last couple months it has been very difficult to place an order. I’m always redirected to the quick update page anytime I try to search for something. Tried using my computer and phone but no luck. I’ve never had a problem with their products or service but the website is trash. Guess I’ll shop elsewhere!
